Kasatani Advance Technology Sdn Bhd is seeking a committed and responsible Account Officer to join our team immediately.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Experience in manufacturing environment is an added advantage
• Able to handle accounting transactions, reporting and finance documentation independently
• Familiar with AP, AR, bank reconciliation and monthly closing activities
• Knowledge of statutory requirements, SST and accounting procedures
• Good teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily finance and accounting operations
• Prepare accounting entries and reports
• Handle supplier payments, reconciliation and finance documentation
• Support monthly closing and audit activities
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties when required
• Maintain proper filing and finance records

JOB TASKS:

• To handle day to day accounting functions and ensure proper maintenance of accounting records and follow-up matters.
• To maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record keeping.
• Facilitate and prepare the monthly SST report and submission.
• To handle general administrative task and clerical support.
• The ability to operate and navigate e-invoicing software, have knowledge of how e-invoicing systems integrate with existing accounting, accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR), to ensure smooth data flow and automation.
• Other tasks as assigned by management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Diploma / Business Studies / Administration / Management / Finance / Accounting, others or equivalent.
• Required minimum 2 year of working experience in related field.
• Fresh graduates in relevant discipline are encourage to apply.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Required skills: MS Excel, MS Office Accounting system will be an added advantage.

工作任務：

• 負責日常會計工作，確保會計記錄的妥善維護和後續事宜的跟進。
• 為妥善保存會計文件，以便記錄。
• 協助準備並提交每月SST報告。
• 負責一般行政事務及文書支援工作。
• 能夠操作和使用電子發票軟體，了解電子發票系統如何與現有的會計、應付/應收帳款 (AP/AR) 系統集成，以確保資料流暢且自動化。
• 管理層不時指派的其他任務。

要求：

• 候選人必須至少擁有研究生文憑/商業研究/行政管理/金融/會計或其他相關專業的文憑或同等學歷。
• 至少需要2年相關領域的工作經驗。
• 歡迎相關專業的應屆畢業生申請。
• 所需語言：國語、英語和馬來語
• 必備技能：熟練使用MS Excel和MS Office辦公室軟體，熟悉會計系統者優先考慮。

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide support to internal sections/departments related to Safety, Environment, Health, and Engineering matters.
2. Liaise with clients regarding pre-job planning and scheduling arrangements for Safety, Environment, Health, and Engineering matters.
3. Support each section in performing DOSH & DOE-related Monitoring and Assessments, including Chemical Health Risk Assessments (CHRA), Chemical Exposure Monitoring (CEM), and Noise Risk Assessments (NRA), Industrial Hygiene and OSHE Training, .

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Safety and Health, or a related discipline.
2. Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently.
3. Attention to detail with excellent proofreading/technical editing, and written and verbal communication skills.
