Job Description

主要職責：

• 準備招標文件，包括測量數據和工程量清單。
• 編製成本估算。
• 負責管理、監督和協調所有工程量清單工作和合約事宜。
• 負責處理進度款、場地估價、變更單和最終結算。
• 參加專案會議。

要求：

• 至少三年工作經驗
• 應徵者必須至少持有工程造價或相關領域的專業證書、文憑、高級/高等/研究生文憑、學士學位、研究生文憑或專業學位。
• 所需技能：合約前管理、合約後管理
• 熟悉 AutoCAD 和測量軟體者優先考慮
• 所需語言： 英語、馬來語
• 申請人應為馬來西亞公民或持有相關居留身份
