The Company manages the following leading tour operator brands: MonsterDay Tours, Lion Heartlanders, 8xplore and UBE—each specialising in innovative tour concepts that connect culture, history, and community in meaningful ways.
We are looking for a friendly, organised and dependable Visit Management Officer to join our Lion Heartlanders team in supporting daily visitor operations, booking administration and tour coordination at a gallery.
In this role, you will help ensure every visit is well planned, safe and smoothly managed, from the point of enquiry through to the completion of each gallery tour.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to visitor enquiries via hotline, email and booking platforms.
- Manage visitor registrations, booking details and required security clearances.
- Maintain accurate tour schedules, visitor records and operational documentation.
- Coordinate the arrival, departure and movement of tour groups to ensure a smooth visitor experience.
- Conduct daily opening and closing of gallery.
- Conduct daily system checks and maintain operational logs.
- Issue, collect and keep track of gallery equipment.
- Prepare weekly, monthly and ad-hoc visitor reports.
- Brief visitors on gallery rules, expected conduct and security procedures.
- Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to support safe and efficient visitor operations.
- Attend all training sessions.

Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, including English.
- Experience in visitor services, gallery or museum operations, hospitality, events or customer service will be an advantage.
- Experience in office administration, including usage of excel and preparation of reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and a Mother Tongue language.
- Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Able to remain professional and attentive when working with diverse visitor groups.
Working Hours
- 5.5-day work week
- Sunday and Public Holidays off
