A DAY IN A LIFE OF 

We are looking for a creative and dynamic candidate to join our high-performing marketing team! The candidate will be closely involved in the development of campaigns designed to promote The Flexi Group’s brand and services across all markets. This is an expansive and multifaceted role that will get you hands-on experience in content production, events and project management, paid digital marketing campaigns & many more opportunities exploring marketing channels. 

The right candidate will be a self-starter, idea-generator and ready to tackle a multitude of exciting projects and enthusiastically overcome obstacles in creative ways.

If you’re looking for a role that’s fast-paced and challenging which allows you to think outside the box, this would be a perfect role for you. This role is open to fresh graduates or graduates with 1-2 years of relevant experience. 

PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND CONTENT PRODUCTION

• Propose new content/ campaign ideas, both contextual and new marketing mediums
• Take the lead in suggesting and communicating with KOL’s to drive engagement across The Flexi Group’s social platforms.
• Blog and content copy writing. 
• Working in partnership with the Art team, support the creation of in-house visual content (Graphic & Video)
• Manage SMM campaigns and Attend events to capture content for Common Grounds social media channels and to support event organisers 
• Assist in the onboarding and management of 3rd party marketing partners (Website updates, Contract development, App updates, Events etc)  to expand The Flexi Group’s brand presence

DIGITAL MARKETING

• Develop and manage SEM to support brand awareness and lead generation
• Assist Ad operations team in daily report generation and campaign management. 
• Review campaign results to identify optimisation opportunities and improve conversion rates
• Bring fresh ideas to the table by proposing new campaigns and collaborations

• Log monthly Google Analytics data to track campaign performance, identify trends, and feed marketing reports

WEBSITE MANAGEMENT 

• Update websites with monthly sales promotions designed to generate leads for specific memberships or services (WordPress Training provided)
• Perform website audits to identify SEO improvements, ensure all copy is up to date and Language is on brand.
• Support with website health checks and maintenance

• University Degree holder in Marketing, communications or any related discipline preferred
• 1-2 years digital marketing experience would be ideal, however fresh graduates with a portfolio are welcome to apply
• Creative, solution oriented and fast learner
• Outstanding communication and organisational skills along with a strong attention to detail and deadlines
• Native English speaker, any additional languages would be an advantage
• Interest in video production and graphic design
• Experience in WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Ads & Facebook Business Manager preferred

The Flexi Group, a fast-growing co-working company, is seeking a creative and dynamic Assistant Marketing Manager to join our high-performing marketing team. In this expansive and multifaceted role, you will be closely involved in the development and execution of campaigns designed to promote the Flexi Group brand and services across all markets.

This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content production, events, project management, paid digital marketing campaigns, partnerships and much more. As the Assistant Marketing Manager, you will be a self-starter, idea-generator, and problem-solver, ready to tackle a multitude of challenging projects and overcome obstacles in innovative ways.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, member acquisition, and member retention
• Manage all digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email, and online advertising
• Oversee website content, design, and user experience to optimize for lead generation and conversions
• Grow our social media presence and engagement across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Tiktok and Facebook
• Oversee email newsletters, ensure they are developed and sent appropriately targeted campaigns to our member database
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and others
• Manage a junior marketing team, providing coaching and mentorship to help them grow
• Develop a content strategy and consistently create compelling content such as blogs, partnership spotlights and event promotions
• Write, edit, and publish engaging copy for various marketing assets
• Collaborate with the artwork team to ensure content is visually appealing and on-brand
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships with complementary organizations
• Identify potential partner companies and cultivate mutually beneficial relationships
• Coordinate co-marketing initiatives like cross-promotions, event sponsorships, and content sharing
• Oversee marketing budget and KPIs, optimizing spend and measuring campaign performance
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to inform campaign optimization and future strategy
• Prepare monthly reports and presentations for key stakeholders

• University Degree holder in Marketing, communications, or any related discipline preferred
• 4-5 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Native English speaker, any additional languages would be an advantage
• Strong project management and organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating content for a variety of channels

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF

We are seeking an ambitious and driven GL Finance whose values align with our TEAM; standing for Together, Extra-mile, Accountable and Mindful. The GL Executive works closely with the Regional Finance Manager, as well as the rest of the Finance Team, to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day financial transactions, such as processing payments, maintaining cost reports and managing invoices. The core focus is to maintain the financial health of the business, ensuring we use our resources beneficially.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare monthly month-end closing, analyze monthly cash flow statement movement, update balance sheets notes and P&L notes and ensure all data/information is accurate.
• Prepare General journal entries, such as prepayment, accrual, deferred revenue, reclassification, IFRS16.
• Perform Bank reconciliation, inter-company transaction, and ensuring all data is accurate.
• Perform daily accounting duties, including financial reporting functions, bookkeeping, transaction
• Reconciliation and identifying discrepancies, budgeting and cash flow, work independently
• Assist in year-end audit, liaising with auditors, directors, HR team, Notary Public/Commissioner for Oaths and bank officer to collate the requested documentation.
• Liaising with company secretary, such as preparing Board Resolution, Beneficial Owner submission, Annual Return submission
• Build solid relationships and give financial support across all departments.
• Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

• Personable with strong verbal and written communication.
• Exceptionally organised with the ability to multitask.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• A University Degree is an advantage.
• 1-2 years of work experience in an Accounting or Finance related field.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Bookkeeping knowledge.
• A good team player.
• Utilize AI tools to streamline workflows, data analysis, and reporting
• Prior experience in coworking, real estate, or startup business would be an advantage.
• Fluent in English.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

• Take charge of daily operations of accounting and financial reporting functions to ensure accounting transactions are recorded timely and accurately for month-end closing.
• Perform daily accounting duties including: bookkeeping, bank reconciliation and the identification of discrepancies.
• Prepare Manual Journal Entries for prepayments, deferred income, accruals and intercompany bank charges.
• Prepare monthly lease posting in accordance with IFRS 16 and process FA depreciation posting.
• Prepare for month-end closing by updating the monthly management account and analysing month-to-month financial performance.
• Process vendor’s invoice, utility bill, telco bill, petty cash, etc. (ensure all purchases adhere to the approval matrix and documents are completed).
• Process payments on a weekly basis and monitor cashflows (vendor payment, payroll, tax etc).
• Process bill run on a monthly basis for recurring invoices & handle daily invoices or member deposit requests from the ops team.
• Update bi-weekly actual cash flow paid out and forecast for the following cycle.
• Update weekly AR report.
• Coordinate with the Operations team in updating the annual budget.
• Liaise with tax agents for tax filing matters.
• Liaise with auditors in completing year-end audits and collating requested documentation.
• Liaise with bankers on bank matters.
• Handle day-to-day collaborations between departments (operations, HR, etc).
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
