Support general administrative duties including filing, documentation, and office coordination.
Assist in attendance tracking and provide support for payroll processing when required.
Provide HR and administration support including recruitment, staffing, performance management and training for foreign employee
Responsible for work passes applications, renewal and cancellation
Handle work pass application, renewal, cancellation, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
Maintain and update employee records, including personal details, contracts, and employment documents.
Arrange and manage worker dormitory accommodation, including check-in, check-out, and bed allocation.
Liaise with dormitory operators and handle workers’ welfare and accommodation-related matters.
Register workers for required courses and training programs.
Monitor and ensure workers’ course and certification validity at all times.
Liaise with authorities and external parties on HR and administrative matters.
Prepare and maintain reports related to manpower, work passes, and training records.
Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, confirmation, and warning letters
Assist with basic invoice tallying and submission of documents to accounts or auditors
Support staff training coordination, work pass/permit documentation, and insurance record.
Perform any other responsibilities and tasks as assigned
