Job Summary
You will support an individual by managing daily personal appointments and handling routine personal lifestyle duties efficiently.
Responsibilities
Schedule and coordinate daily personal appointments to ensure timely and smooth management
Execute daily personal lifestyle tasks to maintain the individual’s routine and meet their personal needs
Drive the individual to appointments and transport children when the primary driver is unavailable or on sick leave
Arrange travel plans and accompany the individual on overseas trips as needed
Translate between English and Chinese during interactions to facilitate clear communication
Manage multiple tasks efficiently using tools such as Excel, Word, Google, and GPS
Work a 6-day schedule: 7am to 7pm on weekdays and 9am to 9pm on either Saturday or Sunday
Required competencies and certifications
Hold a valid Class 3 or 3A driving license
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, Google applications, and GPS navigation tools
