JOB SUMMARY

Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) at Standard Chartered Bank has embarked on an ambitious journey to incorporate the latest AI and data science capabilities in all aspects of our business. This includes our Financial Markets and Transaction Banking businesses. To that end, we are seeking a senior data scientist with strong background and experience in developing and deploying sound AI solutions using both the classical machine learning techniques as well as the latest Large Language Models.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Job Summary

The Senior Audit Manager, Digital Assets is responsible for providing independent and objective assurance over the Group’s Digital Assets activities, businesses and strategic initiatives. This role is accountable for end-to-end internal audit coverage, including audit planning, risk assessment, audit execution, reporting and continuous business monitoring of digital asset products, platforms, governance and risk management frameworks. Leading and executing audits across digital assets custody, trading, tokenisation and platforms.

The role ensures that digital asset activities are conducted within Group’s risk appetite, in compliance with regulatory expectations, and in line with internal policies. • Strong digital assets domain knowledge of blockchain, wallets (Hot/Cold/MPC), exchanges, custody, tokenisation and DeFi

• Technology, smart contract and key management (HSM,MPC) understanding

Key Responsibilities

Support the Project & Export Finance team across origination and execution of infrastructure advisory and financings across Asean, North Asia & Australia. Act as team player on various transactions to meet the team’s overall strategy. As a Trade Product Manager, you will be expected to drive the products take-up under your oversight to achieve growth in product performances. You will need to ensure that the trade and working capital products meet the needs of Medium Enterprises (ME) client segments.

• To assist with drafting Committee updates, attend and present at formal committees and Group meetings on behalf of the HOA or for their own area of responsibility, as required, e.g. Process Governance Committees and Country Operational Risk Committees;

• The individual will support the HOA in their role as the GIA portfolio/country subject matter expert, depending on the skills of the individual; and

• To act as a Team Lead or Team Manager on assigned audit work involving SCV portfolio across the bank. This will entail managing the auditors working on the audit to deliver the Audit Planning Memo, Controls Document, agree issues and action plans with management and submission of draft report to the Audit Manager for review;

• Provide clear guidance, detailed review and supervision of the audit team’s work to ensure that audit deliverables meet quality standards and timelines in line with the GIA methodology;

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Change Management Lead to join the CIB Operations and Change Management team.

This role is responsible for ensuring successful, safe and effective embedding of change initiatives, across ~12k users & 40+ countries. This covers all types of change including large scale technology deployments, regulatory and risk changes, process change, AI initiatives and organisational change. The scope encompasses CIB Operations teams globally, covering; Client Enablement and Lending Operations, Transaction Banking (cash and trade), Markets, Financing and Securities Services, Network & Nostro Management, and Conduct and Controls.
