Ensure manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently to meet production targets
Maintain the highest quality standards throughout all production lines and output
Optimize resource utilization including materials, equipment, and personnel to maximize productivity
Keep production costs within budget while meeting delivery deadlines
Create and maintain a safe working environment that complies with health and safety regulations
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce expenses and increase productivity across all product lines
Establish efficient and productive manufacturing processes that meet or exceed customer expectations
Foster a motivated and high-performing production team through effective leadership
Responsibilities
Plan and organize production schedules to meet specifications and deadlines
Oversee daily production processes and coordinate manufacturing operations
Monitor production performance and make necessary adjustments to resolve issues promptly
Supervise and evaluate the performance of production personnel, including quality inspectors and workers
Manage and evaluate machine resources to ensure productivity and minimal downtime
Determine the amount of necessary resources such as workforce and raw materials
Collaborate with quality control, supply chain, engineering, and other departments for smooth operations
Estimate costs and prepare budgets for production activities
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with 3-5 years of relevant work experience as a Senior Engineer or Production Manager

Lead plant related risk assessment and compliance of Safe operating work practices
Hire, Train, Develop, Inspire and Coach the Production team
Lead emergency response, Crisis Management plan
Provide guidance of shift team during plant troubleshooting, Start-ups/ Shutdowns / Turn arounds
Responsible for the development, implementation of prestart up planning activities and oversee commissioning & Start- up activities of grassroot facilities
Capable to identify, develop and implement improvements / changes in the Plant
Lead Production ideas for improving Profitability, safety, reliability of facilities
Pursue a relevant bachelor degree in engineering, such as industrial, manufacturing or mechanical engineering.
