The Vessel Manager is responsible for the overall management and technical oversight of assigned vessels, ensuring compliance with regulations, operational efficiency, and cost control. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of vessel operations.

1. AUTHORITY

Full accountability for the assigned vessels' technical and operational performance.

2. KEY RESPONSIBILITY

Technical & Operational Management

· Ensure vessels comply with international and local maritime regulations.

· Monitor class survey status and coordinate with stakeholders to complete surveys on time.

· Oversee vessel performance and provide technical guidance, including monitoring the Planned Maintenance System (PMS).

· Conduct crew evaluations for Masters and Chief Engineers and report findings to management.

· Plan and execute vessel inspections as per the Safety Management System (SMS) requirements.

· Respond to emergencies in line with Emergency Response Procedures.

Budget & Cost Management

· Prepare, review, and monitor operating expenses (OPEX) for assigned vessels.

· Provide insights and commentary on budget variances.

· Develop dry-docking specifications and budgets, supporting execution and cost control.

Reporting & Compliance

· Ensure vessels maintain essential critical spares onboard.

· Review and verify vessel reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and provide necessary recommendations.

· Analyze reports related to fuel, lubricating oil, cooling water, boiler water, and drinking water, ensuring corrective action when needed.

3. Qualifications & Experience

Educational & Professional Requirements

· Marine Engineering qualification (COC (MOTOR) Class 1 or 2).

· Minimum one year experience as Chief Engineer or at least two years as a Technical Superintendent.

· Ability to manage high workloads, fast-paced environments, and irregular working hours in the global shipping industry.

Job Description & Requirements

1.Payment Approval

Verify and approve pavment in the online banking svstem, ensuring accuracy of amounts, account information anaother payment details.

2.Payment Slip Handling

Download bank slips (remittance advices) , upload them to the company's ERP system, and maintain proper records.

3. Daily Bank Statement Management

Prepare and reconcile daily bank transaction reports, monitor cash movements, and promptly flag anydiscrepancies.

4. Bank Enquiries

Communicate with banks to respond to inquiries regarding payments, accounts, or transactions.

5.Post-Financing Payment Follow-up

Track loan disbursements and repayments, assist with required documentation, and ensure smooth execution ofpost-financing payments.

6.Bank Account Opening and Maintenance

Coordinate the opening of new corporate bank accounts, manage signatory updates, maintain account records, andensure compliance with banking requirements.

7. Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

Diploma or above in Accounting, or a related field.

Familiarity with online banking operations.

Strong attention to details, with good communication and time-management skillsExperience as a cashier, finance assistant, or in a banking operations role is a plus.

We are seeking an experienced Crew Manager to oversee all crewing functions for our fleet of bulk carriers. The role requires strong operational judgement and the ability to manage crew matters efficiently in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the Crew Department (10 staff), ensuring effective team performance and alignment with company objectives

* Manage end-to-end crewing operations, including recruitment, deployment, and scheduling

* Ensure compliance with MLC, STCW, and flag state requirements

* Oversee crew certification, documentation, and training records

* Handle crew P&I matters, including crew claims, incidents, and liaison with insurers

* Monitor crew performance, discipline, and career development

* Safeguard crew welfare, health, and well-being onboard

* Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on crewing matters

* Maintain accurate crew records and employment documentation

Requirements

* Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in crew management or maritime HR

* Degree in Maritime Studies, HR, Business, or related field

* Strong knowledge of international crewing practices and maritime regulations

* Familiarity with crewing systems (e.g. Crew Manager, Ship Manager)

* Good leadership, communication, and organisational skills

* Sailing experience as Senior Officer / Marine Engineer is an added advantage

1. AUTHORITY

· In charge of the operational procurement process for ship’s requirements.

2. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY / TASK DESCRIPTION

▪ Negotiate / communicate with suppliers specifying quality, quantity, and delivery schedules

▪ Schedule, arrange, and follow-up on logistics to ensure cost effective and timely delivery of

items on board

▪ Monitor schedules of the assigned group of vessels to optimize deliveries on board

▪ Proactively participate in department meetings and other activities

▪ Assist the Technical Team with follow-up on Service POs, Agency POs and Class POs, including tracking invoices and update reports.

3. EXECUTION

▪ Processing ship’s requisitions via the defined in Company Procurement procedures

▪ Evaluate bids and make recommendations based on commercial and technical factors

▪ Create and send purchase orders after approval

▪ Prepare items for shipment, arrange for transportation of product and coordinate shipments of supplies to ships

▪ Update good receipt for each order

▪ Processing of invoices belonging to the orders she/he has created and/or are related to her/his group of vessels

▪ Liaise between suppliers, relevant internal departments and vessels

▪ Other tasks as delegated by the Procurement Manager & Procurement Team Lead&  Technical Fleet Manager

▪ Interacts with ships to identify and meet requirements / problem resolution and to accommodate short lead-time orders

▪ Request and process vessel feedback on quality and timing of deliveries of goods and services

▪ Provide information to the Procurement Manager on various monthly / weekly reports as

relevant

▪ Coordinate with appointed freight forwarder and monitor stock list at regular intervals

▪ Ensure that Procurement policies and standard procedures are adhered to at all times

4. REPORTING LINE (FUNCTION REPORTS TO)

· The Procurement Executive reports to the Procurement Manager, Procurement Team Lead & Technical Fleet Manager

5. Requirements:

· Degree, Diploma or equivalent education with at least 2 years experience in Maritime industry

· Mature, meticulous, proactive, resourceful & hands-on

· Strong communication & negotiation skill - Good spoken English required

· Ability to prioritize workload & meet deadlines

· Good IT skill - Procurment operating system skill

· Good team player and able to work well under pressure in a fas-paced environment
