Job Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly rental and utility billings for tenants
Handle a full set of accounts for multiple entities
Overseeing the full spectrum of payroll activities, including processing monthly payroll and statutory submissions
Perform month-end closing and ensure timely financial reporting to management
Prepare financial and management reports, including consolidation, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting
Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure compliance with financial and tax regulations
Handle annual tax filings and quarterly GST submissions
Liaise with external auditors and tax agents
Support ad hoc projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting & HR experience
Experience in handling full set of accounts is preferred
Hands-on experience with MYOB accounting software
Familiar with MOM, GST and tax regulations
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines
