Key Responsibilities
1. Internal Operations Management
Oversee the day-to-day operational management of the Singapore office.
Establish and improve internal workflows, policies, and operating procedures.
Manage vendors, office administration, procurement, facilities, and related service providers.
Drive efficiency improvements across internal functions.
2. Regional Coordination & Project Execution
Lead internal cross-functional projects assigned by management.
Coordinate stakeholders across offices to ensure timely execution of priorities.
Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and internal reporting.
Build scalable processes for recurring operational activities.
Resolve execution bottlenecks and improve internal responsiveness.
3. Executive & Corporate Support
Coordinate internal communications and management reporting.
Assist with board, shareholder, and corporate documentation processes where required.
Liaise with external professional advisers and service providers.
4. Leadership & Team Effectiveness
Build a high-accountability and service-oriented operations culture.
Coach junior team members and improve team execution standards.
Strengthen collaboration across international offices and internal functions.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above.
8+ years of related experience .
Strong organisational and project execution capabilities.
Experience in technology, fintech, or multinational environments preferred.
