Job Summary
Join our team as an IT Technician to diagnose, repair, and upgrade PCs, notebooks, and AIO systems while delivering expert advice and support to customers.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose hardware and software issues in PCs, notebooks, and AIO systems to ensure accurate repairs
- Assemble and disassemble laptops and desktops to facilitate maintenance and upgrades
- Perform quality checks and control measures to verify repair effectiveness and system performance
- Conduct performance testing on repaired or upgraded devices to ensure optimal functionality
- Provide clear, expert advice and support to customers regarding their IT devices and repair options
- Maintain a positive work attitude with responsibility and pride in delivering quality service
- Learn and apply new repair techniques through provided training to enhance technical skills
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Personal experience with repairing computers is an advantage but not required
