Overview
This role focuses on driving business growth through the acquisition of new clients for a range of wealth and financial products. As a Client Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying prospects, converting leads, and expanding the organisation’s market presence.
The position is sales-driven and requires managing the full client acquisition cycle, from initial outreach to successful onboarding.
A front-line, performance-driven role centered on client acquisition, requiring consistent prospecting, relationship building, and disciplined pipeline management.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through channels such as cold outreach, networking, referrals, and online research
- Qualify leads by assessing financial needs, capacity, and readiness to engage
- Conduct detailed needs analysis to identify gaps and recommend suitable financial solutions
- Present and position the company’s products effectively to prospective clients
- Manage the full sales cycle, from first contact through to closing
- Meet or exceed defined sales targets and performance metrics
- Maintain an active pipeline of prospects and update activities in CRM systems
- Build strong relationships with new clients to support retention and future opportunities
- Work with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements
- Ensure all sales activities comply with internal policies and industry regulations
