• Reply to all emails sent by prospective patients to the company’s general enquiry email addresses in a professional, courteous and timely manner
• Call or text message prospective patients where a phone number has been provided to make appointments and follow up with an email.
• Handle live chat by replying to messages posted live on website by prospective patients.
• Advise estimated treatment cost and briefly describe procedure.
• Send emails to live chat contactees who were not replied to eg because of out of office hours
• Follow-up on patient leads from other online sources
• Follow-up with cancelled appointments to reschedule appointments
• Follow-up on leads on a daily basis
• Handle Facebook and Instagram: post comments and reply to messages
• Call patients that had called the Night Dental hotline the previous night to check that their appointment has been made
• Call patients the day after their surgery to see how they are doing
• Handle incoming calls that spill over when a clinic has missed them by greeting and re-directing caller appropriately
• Any other duties as and when assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum GCE N level. Candidates with relevant work experience may be considered
· Training will be provided for those with lesser experience.
· Have excellent communication skills to reassure patients and create a friendly and condusive atmosphere
· Ability to speak English and any other languages to attend to patient’s enquiries and communicate with non-English speaking clients but not a requirement
· Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
· Ability to use Plato is an advantage but not a requirement

· Able to work night shift and weekends
