About the Role

We are seeking a Facilities Management Executive to support the daily operations and maintenance of a government project site. The role involves coordinating maintenance works, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and to maintain building performance and safety.

Job description:

• Assist in carrying out building and structural inspections in compliance with BCA periodic inspection requirements.

• Prepare inspection reports, technical reports, and photographic documentation.

• Assist in preparing method statements, work procedures, and risk assessments.

• Support the Project Manager in daily operations for maintenance and small-scale construction works.

• Supervise and coordinate site activities, including repair, rectification, and minor construction works.

• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth work progress.

• Monitor work quality, progress, and compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.

• Attend site inspections, meetings, and progress reviews.

• Assist in preparing progress reports, material submissions, and site records.

• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company procedures.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Building Services or related field

• 1–4 years of relevant experience in facilities management, building maintenance, or construction projects

• Experience in government or institutional projects will be an advantage

• Able to work in a site-based environment

• Good coordination and communication skills

• Attend Site Survey request for Quotations.
• Prepare preliminary Project Requirements, Quotations, Project Schedules & Safety Documents – Risk Assessment, Safe Work Procedures & Method of Statement.
• Coordinate Works & Schedules with Sub-contractors & Suppliers.
• Coordinate projects between Consultants, Main Con, Managing Agent & End User.
• Ensure work complies with MOM, BCA, and other regulatory requirements and help implement Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) practices on-site.
• Prepare Shop drawings, Construction Drawings whenever necessary.
• Prepare As-Built Drawings & other Handover Documents.
• Prepare Progress Reports, Budget Reports until Project Completion Final BQ & Final Claim.

• Monitor & manage Site Fault calls.

· Manage the full scope of Quantity Surveyor duties from pre-contract to post-contract phases, including tendering, progress claims, and final account preparation.

· Cost control and maintained proper documentation

Requirements:

· Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field

· Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

· Min candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience will be an advantage

· Strong communication and market pricing.

· Able to work independently and in a team environment

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
