Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end investment support for ILP products (self-managed and direct funds)

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with accounting or equivalent

• Detail-oriented with strong control and risk awareness
• Experience in automation, workflow tools, or data platforms (e.g. data lakes, dashboards)

To support day-to-day fund accounting operations across public markets, private markets and ILP funds, ensuring accurate processing, timely reconciliations and adherence to established controls and procedures. This role focuses on execution excellence, learning strong fund accounting fundamentals, and supporting audit and year-end activities under supervision.

Key Responsibilities

1. Fund Accounting Operations

• Support daily, monthly and quarterly fund accounting processes
• Assist in NAV calculation, validation and posting
• Prepare reconciliations (cash, positions, income, expenses) and investigate breaks
• Support processing of corporate actions, distributions and capital activities

2. Controls & Process Discipline

• Execute assigned controls and checklists in line with SOPs
• Ensure proper documentation and evidence for reviews and audits
• Escalate issues and exceptions promptly to senior team members
• Follow maker-checker and approval requirements consistently

3. Audit, Reporting & Year-End Support

• Prepare supporting schedules for audits and year-end close
• Assist with data requests from auditors and internal stakeholders
• Support regulatory and management reporting with accurate data inputs

4. Data Accuracy & Collaboration

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data used in fund accounting processes
• Work closely with Investment Support, Data Management and Reporting teams
• Support resolution of data and operational issues

Key Requirements

• 1–3 years’ experience in fund accounting, accounting or investment operations
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Basic understanding of fund accounting or financial reporting is an advantage
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good organisational and communication skills

Disbursement team within Finance Department to support the key reporting and operational functions of payout across different payout stream (Insurance policy related payout, vendor payout, commission payout and processing) projects, system enhancement etc.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

•    Work closely with Disbursement officers/ team lead and assist in preparation of full suites of payout processing across difference steam
•    Process all type commission/incentives related payout, recoveries and processing
•    Ensure all payout are approved within approval limit, processed in an accurate and timely manner
•    Ensure completeness of payout processing and obtain authorised signatories for payout
•    Preparation of payout/journal vouchers and ensure expenses are charged to proper accounts codes and cost centres
•    Preparation of monthly GL schedule and reconciliation, follow up and update tax invoice / gst on commission reconciliation etc
•    Handle all type of payout enquiries and feedback from customers / channels/ stakeholders etc
•    Perform work process reviews findings and contribute recommendations for change 
•    Involve in project/ system testing and provide user requirements through liaising with various stakeholders.
•    Assist in bank account creation

REQUIREMENTS:

•    Degree / Diploma holder preferably with minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in payout processing knowledge
•    Good knowledge in Ms Excel 
•    Preferably knowledge in PowerBI, Power Query, coding skillset
•    Fast learner who is able to multi-task
•    Proactive, good interpersonal, communication and analytic skills

Responsibilities:
Consumer promotion: 
Main lead on Consumer Promotion (“CP”) appeal process, which includes:
i. Launch/ announcement of appeal process
ii. Raising the appeal manually and the system appeal Handling enquiries and re-issuance requests related to the appeal
i. Change of payment mode for CP (Cheque/ bank transfer/ next of kin account/ voucher type)
ii. Any other exception handling 
 
Contest Report tracking and monitoring: 
To assist in the preparation of the contest proposal paper, which includes:
i. Assist the manager to review, revise, and finalise contest mechanics via engagement in discussion with the Agency Team 
ii. Vetting and Clearance of T&C with legal and compliance 
iii. Info memo draft and upload of T&C to one portal
iv. Refresh of contest paper
v. Closing report for contest
 
Generating a contest and production report, which includes:
Create clear, concise, and visually appealing reports using MS Excel and/or other available system reporting platforms, and circulate them to the intended recipients.

The candidate will join Finance Department to manage the accounts receivables, debt analysis and collection from various intermediaries

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for prompt collection for all outstanding debts by performing outstanding debts recovery activities and monitor overdue account receivables via calling, emailing, or other communications.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies or disputed transactions with policyholders/ intermediaries/other stakeholders.
• Prepare reminder letters or appointment letters (if necessary)
• Prepare and perform/ allocate premium payment updates

Role:

The Sales Quality Team is responsible for monitoring competencies and due diligence in the sales process, as well as supervising our tied sales force. 

He/she will be part of the team in driving good practices and ensuring the sales force fulfils the required expectations, in accordance with the company standards, in the following key areas:

• Maintain and replace the Policy (Switching) framework for life insurance, Accident and health, and relevant FAA investment products, including performing trend analysis, monitoring large volumes, and aligning sales advisory expectations with regulatory requirements and company needs.
