Ensuring that construction activities are carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations

Training and mentoring junior construction staff

Resolving any on-site issues or disputes between workers

Manage site materials, equipment

Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and site safety requirements

• Support the Safety Officer in the development and implementation of workplace safety and health (WSH) policies and procedures

• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with statutory requirements

• Organize and conduct safety training sessions for all levels of staff

• Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and recommend preventive measures

• Maintain comprehensive records of safety audits, incidents, training, and compliance documents

• Collaborate with staff and management to drive continuous improvements in safety practices

• Perform risk assessments and implement practical mitigation strategies

• Develop, update, and coordinate emergency response plans and conduct drills

• Take the lead or assist in safety-related initiatives and projects

• Keep up-to-date with changes in WSH regulations, industry safety standards, and emerging trends

Drive end-to-end delivery of HDB projects — from planning to completion.

Manage costs, schedules, and manpower to ensure efficient project execution.

Partner with clients, consultants, and authorities to meet all technical and regulatory requirements.

Uphold BCA, MOM, and client standards for safety, quality, and compliance.

Lead with a focus on excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

• Interprets technical specifications and translates them into visual plans and models.
• Creates and maintains design documentation to support the engineering lifecycle.
• Collaborates with engineering teams to refine and improve design concepts.
• Applies relevant design principles and tools to contribute to project goals.
• Manages design resources and workflows to meet project timelines and quality expectations.
• Able to lead the design team and give recomendations on projects to management

Roles & Responsibilities

Carry out day-to-day site operations and supervise construction workers.

Carry out inspection as well as resolving and monitoring rectification works.

Assist and support Engineers in carrying out works as assigned.

Supervise the construction of works and incorporation of materials and ensure that they are carried out in accordance with the Project Plan.

Assist the Engineers in ensuring that the works are carried out to schedule and in accordance to relevant regulations.

Assit and support Material installation on site

Ensure company’s safety rules are observed and obeyed.

Cooperating and communicating effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support Performing overall quality control of the work (schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and reporting regularly on project status.
