• Responsibilities:
• Able to handle inside sales calls and enquiries, quotations, documentation and engineering drawings
• Sales Presentation to customers
• Prepare tender documents
• To receive and monitor inquiries systematically from regular customers
• Respond promptly and efficiently to Customer requests
• Work closely with Operations team, coordination of delivery schedules towards meeting the customers’ order requirement and be involved in dealing with quality issues
• Prepare design, layout, general arrangement, detailed drawings and other documentation
• Understanding, applying and communicating concepts behind RCU system
• Technology and their implementation in our solutions to clients
• Development of customer support materials such as technical manuals, application briefs and product data sheets for new and existing products
• Liaise with main contractors and suppliers

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical
• Ability to converse fluently in English and Mandarin
• Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills
• Independent, articulate and strong technical knowledge is desired
• Experience in providing engineering services to the hospitality industry is an advantage
• Hotel Room Control Unit (RCU)

Assist in project management and co-ordination. Attend to pre and post sales including service calls, training and other projects as assigned.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To assist in Project Management and co-ordination with the relevant parties.
• To provide timely and effective response and solutions to service requests.
• To provide service calls; investigate, trouble-shoot, diagnose and recommend solutions and report the events.
• To conduct Preventive Maintenance Activities, update, review and report.
• Conduct training to customers.
• Support pre and post sales and customer’s enquiry.
• Ability to communicate with key customers either owners or operators of the hotels.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education: NITEC or Diploma holder in Electronics or Electrical engineering is preferred.
• Good understanding of electrical or electronic products including trouble-shooting will be an added advantage.
• Familiarity with the hotel development or maintenance industry would be an added advantage.
• Familiar with LAN, WAN, Data Communications, Wireless, TCP/IP and Network Operating System.
• Can work independently and a team player.
• Knowledge in Auto-CAD program for electronic design and ability to read and understand electrical drawings will be an added advantage.
