We are a trusted sub-contractor in the construction industry, specialising in reinforced concrete structure works for major building and infrastructure projects. Our focus is on delivering safe, efficient, and high-quality structural solutions in collaboration with leading main contractors and we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our growing team.

The Site Engineer is responsible for the technical, engineering, and coordination aspects of a construction project at the site level. The role ensures that works are executed in accordance with design drawings, specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, while supporting the project team in planning, monitoring, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

1.1. Technical Supervision

· Interpret and implement construction drawings, specifications, and method statements

· Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved plans and standards

· Coordinate with subcontractors, supervisors, and workers to ensure proper execution of work

· Conduct site inspections and ensure corrective actions for any non-compliance

1.2. Project Coordination

· Assist in planning daily and weekly work schedules

· Liaise with the Project Manager, main contractor, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth site progress

· Coordinate material deliveries and ensure resources are available on time

· Manage and update project documentation, such as site instructions, RFI (Request for Information), and variation orders

· Responsible for submission of progress reports

· Coordinate PE design reports

· Carry out site inspection prior with RTO/RE.

1.3. Quality Assurance

· Perform inspections of ongoing and completed works

· Maintain proper records of inspections, testing, and quality control activities

· Ensure that all construction activities meet the project’s quality benchmarks and regulatory requirements

· Support testing and commissioning processes if applicable

1.4. Safety & Compliance

· Enforce adherence to Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations

· Participate in toolbox meetings and ensure safe work practices on site

· Report and rectify unsafe conditions or practices immediately

1.5. Reporting & Documentation

· Maintain daily site records, progress reports, and photographs

· Submit work progress updates, material usage, and inspection reports

· Assist in preparing reports for main contractor, client, consultant, and management reviews

Minimum Requirements:

· Strong understanding of construction drawings, codes, and engineering principles

· Familiar with project management tools, Microsoft Office, and AutoCAD

· Ability to read and interpret all types of construction drawings, specifications, BBS, PE Design

· Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

· Holds at least a valid MOM approved Building Construction Supervisors Safety Course (BCSS) certificate

· Holds a valid MOM approved Work At Height Supervisor Course/ Manage Work At Height (MWAH) certificate

The Safety Coordinator is responsible for supporting the implementation and monitoring of the company’s safety policies and procedures on construction sites. This role focuses on promoting a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and preventing workplace accidents.

Key Responsibilities:

1.1. Safety Implementation and Monitoring

· Assist in implementing the company’s Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) policies

· Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify hazards

· Monitor compliance with safety regulations, PPE usage, and safe work practices

· Report and follow up on unsafe conditions or practices

1.2. Training and Awareness

· Organize and conduct safety inductions and toolbox meetings for workers and subcontractors

· Promote safety awareness campaigns and initiatives on-site

· Assist in training workers on emergency procedures and the proper use of safety equipment

1.3. Incident Reporting and Investigation

· Assist in investigating accidents, incidents, or near-misses and prepare reports

· Maintain records of safety inspections, incidents, and corrective actions

· Recommend preventive measures based on investigation findings

1.4. Documentation and Compliance

· Ensure safety documentation and permits are properly maintained and up-to-date

· Support preparation for MOM audits and other regulatory inspections

1.5. Coordination and Communication

· Liaise with site supervisors, workers, management, main contractor and external agencies on safety matters

Minimum Requirements:

· WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health Course

· Previous experience in safety coordination or a related role in construction (minimum 5 years preferred)

· Good knowledge of Singapore’s WSH Act and MOM regulations

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of construction projects. This includes managing the project’s scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, and coordination among all stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective completion that meets contractual and regulatory requirements. The project manager’s role requires being present at the construction site on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

1.1. Project Planning & Initiation

· Develop and implement detailed project execution plans, timelines, and resource plans.

· Coordinate with design consultants, clients, and internal teams during the project kick-off phase.

· Review contract documents, specifications, drawings, and ensure full understanding of scope.

1.2. Execution & Monitoring

· Lead and manage the full lifecycle of the project—from mobilization to handover.

· Monitor construction progress to ensure it aligns with the approved schedule and budget.

· Identify and resolve issues, bottlenecks, and conflicts that may impact progress.

· Review and approve construction methodologies, work programs, and material submissions.

· Ensure site execution aligns with the latest approved drawings and revisions.

1.3. Team & Contractor Management

· Supervise and lead project teams, including site managers, engineers, supervisors, and safety personnel.

· Manage and evaluate subcontractor performance; ensure adherence to work scope and timelines.

· Coordinate across departments (e.g., M&E, civil, architectural) to ensure seamless integration.

1.4. Quality Assurance

· Ensure work is carried out in accordance with the contract, technical specifications, and quality standards.

· Lead quality inspections, audits, and ensure proper documentation of testing and approvals.

· Handle non-conformities and ensure prompt rectification.

1.5. Cost & Contract Administration

· Monitor project costs and budget utilization; flag potential overruns.

· Work with Quantity Surveyors to evaluate variation orders (VOs), progress claims, and final accounts.

· Manage procurement timelines.

· Monitor project profit and loss (P&L) on an ongoing basis, identifying any risks to profitability.

· Track and control direct and indirect costs, including labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractor expenses.

· Monitor manpower deployment and costs to ensure alignment with budgeted productivity and timelines.

1.6. Client & Stakeholder Coordination

· Serve as the main point of contact for the client, consultants, and key stakeholders.

· Prepare and conduct regular project meetings, progress reports, and presentations.

· Ensure compliance with statutory and authority requirements (e.g., BCA, LTA, NEA, MOM, PUB, SP Power).

1.7. Safety & Compliance

· Ensure all construction activities comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations.

· Promote a strong safety culture among all workers and contractors.

· Support the site team in implementing and enforcing safe work procedures.

· Leader in Risk Management Plan

1.8. Reporting & Documentation

· Prepare and submit regular progress reports, status updates, and risk assessments to senior management.

· Maintain organized records of project correspondence, drawings, approvals, and key milestones.

· Lead the preparation of the project completion report and ensure a smooth handover.

Minimum Requirements

· Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.

· Minimum 8–12 years of experience in construction, with at least 3–5 years in a project management role.

· Familiar with construction methodologies, sequencing, and overall construction processes

· Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

· Proficient in project scheduling software.

· Familiar with Singapore construction codes, authority regulations, and contract forms (e.g., PSSCOC, SIA, REDAS).

· Able to read and interpret architectural, structural, and M&E drawings to plan, sequence, and coordinate construction activities accurately.

· Holds a valid Manage Workplace Safety And Health In Construction Sites/ Construction Safety Course For Project Managers (CSCPM) certification

The Construction Supervisor (Reinforced Concrete Works) is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site reinforced concrete activities carried out by the team. This role ensures that works are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, drawings, and local regulations.

• Must be able to read and interpret construction and structural drawings accurately.
• Coordinate closely with relevant parties for inspections, approvals, and site compliance.
• Lead and manage site workers.
• Allocate manpower, materials, and equipment effectively to meet project targets.

We are seeking a meticulous and resourceful Procurement and Administrative Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, assisting in payroll calculation, and providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Procurement Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, quality, and timely delivery of goods and services. Prepare purchase orders, track order fulfilment, and maintain proper documentation of procurement activities. Liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve delivery or quality issues promptly.
• Payroll Support Assist in preparing and verifying monthly payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements. Maintain up-to-date attendance and claims records.
• Administrative Support Manage general office administration, including filing, documentation, and correspondence. Assist in the preparation of reports, letters, and other business documents. Support management and project teams with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience in procurement, administration, or payroll functions. Fresh graduates with strong learning aptitude may also be considered.
