- Assist in the planning, coordination, and supervision of day-to-day operations on project sites.
- Monitor work progress, site productivity, and resolve any delays or issues that may affect project timelines.
- Supervise site staff, subcontractors to ensure timely and quality work completion.
- Do proper documentation of planning and all changes in specifications, work scope, and technical drawings.
- Ensure to avoiding material overstocking and minimizing waste for each project.
- Manage manpower allocation and overtime costs, ensure labour productivity.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, work updates daily.
- To ensure safety regulations and promote safe work practices at all times.
- Attend meetings with clients, consultants, and internal teams as required.
- Any other ad-hoc projects and duties as required.
