Position: Accounting Manager – Freight Forwarding Industry
We are seeking an experienced and responsible Accounting Manager to join our freight forwarding logistics team.
Job Responsibilities:
Handle full set of accounts and financial reporting, HR.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations.
Liaise with auditors and government authorities.
Support and improve accounting procedures and internal controls.
Supervise and guide accounting staffs.
REQUIRMENTS
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 2 years accounting experience, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics industry.
Experience in handling full set of accounts independently.
Knowledge of GST and Singapore accounting practices.
Responsible, independent, and able to meet deadlines.

Position Documentation Officer ( Permit Declaration)
We are looking for a responsible and motivated staff to join our Freight Forwarding team to handle Customs Permit Declarations.
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and declare import, export, and transshipment permits ( Sea & Air )
Ensure accuracy of permit declaration according to shipping and customs requirements.
Verify shipping documents such as Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, and supporting documents.
Follow up on permit approvals and customs clearance status.
Requirement
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
Min 2 years : Experience in freight forwarding on permit declaration will be an advantage.
Understanding of Incoterms.
Familiar with Singapore Customs permit procedures is preferred.
Able to work independently ( work at home )
Able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
