Responsibilities and Duties:

• Operate the Tower Crane as per the deployment schedule
• Maintain the assigned crane in clean and tidy working condition at all times
• Ensure that the lifting operations are carried safely and timely manner

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

• Possess a valid Crane Operator Certificate (Saddle/Luffer/PPVC) certified by MOM. PPVC Lifiting Course for Crane Operators (Tower Crane) is COMPULSORY.

Job Scopes:

• Assist in the day-to-day HR management functions.
• Provide all kinds of clerical and administrative support to the HR Manager.
• Answer phone calls, respond to emails and messages.

• Support the HR department in administrative tasks, such as employee data entry and data filing.

Job Scope

• Handle daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts

Receivable (AR), bank reconciliation.

• Ensure accurate and timely financial operations including billings to customers, collections

from customers, payments to suppliers, compilation of staff claims, invoicing for intercompany – reimbursement and disbursement

• Assist in preparation of GST

• Support partial sets of accounts, including monthly and annual closing.

• Any other administrative and accounting ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Overview: Manage all costs related to building projects, from the initial pre-tender calculations to the closing of final account.

• Tender quantity taking off and calling quotation
• Prepare, negotiate and evaluate cost for subcontractor works
• Prepare subcontractor agreement and subcontractor monthly payment
• Attend site meetings and consultant VO meetings
• Prepare and submit monthly progress main claim and VO costing to consultants
• Coordinate with site for project, subcon and contractual issues
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior

Job Scopes

1) Model Development & Deployment

• Implement & fine tune Large Language Models for construction drawing component recognition, quantity take off.

• Develop predictive analytics models to forecast project risks, material delivery bottleneck and so on.

• Build and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems to process unstructured data like construction contracts, inspection reports, and safety manuals for instant Q&A and compliance checking.

• Optimize models for edge deployment on IoT devices or local servers on-site where internet connectivity is unreliable.

2) Data Engineering & Preparation

• Gather data from ERP systems and project management software, and sensor networks.

• Cleaning, labelling, and transforming large datasets into usable formats for model training

3) Productization & MLOps

• Move models from proof-of-concept to production, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable. Performance monitoring of the production environment.

• Build APIs and microservices to serve model predictions to front-end applications used by Project Managers, Safety Officers, and Quantity Surveyors.

4) Collaboration & Optimization

• Collaborating with digitalisation engineers & end users to refine models for better accuracy, speed, and reliability.

Requirements: (Qualification & Experience)

• Recognized degree in Civil Engineering or Computer Engineering or equivalent Engineering field or any other specialization relating to Construction Management.

• Minimum of 3 years' of experience in building and deploying machine learning models in a production environment.

• Experience in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industry is highly desirable but not mandatory if you have a strong portfolio working with AI Models

• Programming: Proficient in Python, Java or similar languages. Strong coding practices in a collaborative environment (Git, code reviews).

• ML Frameworks: Deep experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch.

• Generative AI: Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases for building RAG applications.

• Data Processing: Proficiency with SQL and data manipulation libraries.

• Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software or IFC file formats.

• Stay current with the latest research in ConTech (Construction Technology) and apply cutting-edge techniques to improve safety, quality, and efficiency

• Evaluate and deploy emerging AI AEC tools

• Process Common Data Environments (CDE) and BIM Models data for productivity gain.

• Create automated reporting dashboards (Tableau) that integrate BIM data with AI insights for executive decision-making.

• Apply BI and AI models to project data to gain productivity in delivery of BIM projects.

• Use AI-based automated rule checking to verify model data with project BIM specifications.

• Develop and maintain 4D master program tracking (linking BIM to time)

Job Requirements
