Account & Administrative Assistant
Real estate company seeking an Accounts and Administrative Assistant to manage accounting duties and support general administrative matters.
Roles &Responsibilities
Account work including but not limited to:
- Handle Account Payable & Receivable.
- Liaise with banks/ vendors/customers on issue arise.
- Manage petty cash claim.
- Bank account reconciliation.
Administration work including but not limited to:
- Maintain filling system and office supplies.
- Update and maintain office policies, procedures, and contact list.
- Ad hoc duties assigned by the Management.
Requirements:
· Minimum 3 year’s experience in related fields.
· Able to start work within a short notice preferred.
· Singapore PR or Malaysian are welcome to apply.
· Able to communicate in English and Chinese. We serve Chinese speaking clients.
· Able to work independently with good interpersonal, communication skills.
· Able to multi-task.
· Training will be provided.
