Job Summary

The Aceyus Reporting Engineer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and troubleshooting reporting solutions that support the Five9 CCaaS environment through the Aceyus analytics platform. This role ensures accurate, timely, and actionable reporting for contact center operations. The engineer will generate scheduled and ad‑hoc reports, investigate data discrepancies, coordinate with the Five9 vendor on reporting issues, support change windows, and train supervisors and engineers on how to effectively use Aceyus reporting tools. This position requires strong analytical skills, solid technical foundations, and the ability to partner with business and technical stakeholders.

Reporting & Analytics Execution

• Build, configure, and maintain Aceyus dashboards, reports, and data views supporting Five9 contact center operations.
• Run scheduled and on‑demand reports for business stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Convert business requests into clear reporting requirements and implement them within Aceyus.

Issue Troubleshooting & Data Validation

• Investigate and resolve reporting discrepancies including agent state mismatches, queue mapping issues, interval misalignments, and missing or stale data.
• Validate Five9 → Aceyus data flows, ensuring that data is accurate, complete, and refreshed.
• Document root causes and corrective actions for recurring reporting issues.

Vendor & Cross‑Team Coordination

• Work directly with the Five9 CCaaS vendor and Aceyus support teams to troubleshoot issues, submit cases, and drive resolution.
• Participate in change windows involving data schema updates, metric adjustments, and reporting infrastructure updates.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑change testing to confirm reporting integrity.

Training & User Enablement

• Train supervisors, analysts, and engineering partners on Aceyus dashboards, drill‑downs, filters, subscriptions, and best practices.
• Develop knowledge base articles, job aids, and quick‑reference guides for self‑service reporting.
• Promote consistent metric definitions and proper report usage across contact center teams.

Operational Execution & Governance

• Maintain metric catalogs, field definitions, and documentation.
• Follow ITIL change, incident, and problem management processes.
• Support internal audits by providing reporting evidence and data lineage explanations as needed.

The Cloud Infrastructure Networking Engineer is responsible for designing and implementing the enterprise data architecture. This role will lead the development of scalable, secure, and integrated data platforms to support analytics, compliance, and business operations.

This role will be the cloud networking authority for the AWS environment. This role owns the design, operations, and reliability of everything from VPC architecture and firewall policy to remote access and infrastructure automation. This role also brings strong systems-engineering instincts: incident leadership, monitoring hygiene, and the drive to reduce operational toil over time.

This is a high-autonomy individual contributor role. This role sets direction for networking decisions, make the calls, and drive execution. This role will partner closely with Security and platform engineering, and own the networking domain

Responsibilities

AWS Cloud Networking

• Design and operate VPCs, subnets, routing, segmentation, ingress/egress patterns, security boundaries, and VPC endpoints/PrivateLink-style connectivity
• Define scalable networking standards that make workload onboarding consistent, secure, and repeatable
• Troubleshoot complex connectivity issues across AWS: routing, access controls, DNS resolution patterns

Palo Alto Firewalls & GlobalProtect

• Administer Palo Alto firewall policy lifecycle: safe changes, segmentation strategy, troubleshooting
• Own GlobalProtect remote access operations, stability, access controls, incident response
• Partner with Security to ensure network controls align with risk posture and audit expectations

Infrastructure as Code & Automation

• Build and maintain AWS networking and firewall infrastructure using Terraform (reusable modules, reviewable changes, controlled rollouts)
• Build and maintain GitHub Actions workflows for infrastructure CI/CD (plan/apply gating, workflow reliability)
• Automate operational tasks with Python and Bash (PowerShell is a plus)

Operational Excellence

• Support production infrastructure across Linux and Windows (patching, hardening, reliability improvements)
• Participate in on-call rotation and lead incident response for infrastructure and connectivity issues
• Improve monitoring, alerting, and operational visibility to catch issues earlier
• Drive root-cause analysis and prevention work to reduce repeat incidents

The Senior Data Analytics Engineer will lead the design, development, and evolution of our enterprise analytics platform. This role blends hands on technical ownership with team leadership, offering the opportunity to shape both our data architecture and our analytics engineering practice.

You will own critical components of our Data Vault 2.0 warehouse on Snowflake, mentor a growing team of Analytics Engineers, and serve as the connective layer between raw operational data and business critical insights.

Our data environment goes well beyond a typical dbt project. We operate a mature, multi tenant analytics warehouse integrating 13+ source systems (including Five9, inContact, Serenova, Salesforce, Shiftboard, and NetSuite) across 15+ client engagements. You’ll work across the full analytics stack—from staging and raw vault to business vault, prime stage, and client specific information marts—delivering clean, tested, and well documented models that support finance, operations, and compliance reporting

We are seeking an experienced Alteryx Designer to join our data analytics and transformation practice. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable data workflows to support enterprise data migration and ETL initiatives. You will work closely with business stakeholders and data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and timely delivery across financial and operational data domains.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end data workflows using Alteryx Designer to support ETL processes, data transformation, and migration initiatives.
• Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into efficient Alteryx workflows.
• Perform data validation, cleansing, and quality assurance using both Alteryx and SQL to ensure accuracy and completeness of migrated data.
• Build and maintain reusable, modular workflow components to optimize performance and reduce development time.
• Support data migration projects by mapping source-to-target data flows, identifying data discrepancies, and resolving pipeline issues.
• Work with financial data structures, including General Ledger (GL), Profit & Loss (P&L), and Balance Sheet datasets, ensuring proper handling and transformation.
• Document workflows, data lineage, and transformation logic to maintain comprehensive project records.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities across the data engineering lifecycle.

Required Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 3+ years of advanced, hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer (Core or Expert Certification strongly preferred).
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, validation, and reconciliation across relational databases.
• Proven track record in ETL development and data migration projects, including experience with large-scale enterprise data environments.
• Ability to design, optimize, and troubleshoot complex multi-step Alteryx workflows.
• Experience with data profiling, data quality checks, and source-to-target mapping documentation.
• Solid understanding of data transformation concepts, including joins, aggregations, parsing, and formula tools within Alteryx.

Good to have skills

• Domain knowledge in financial data structures—specifically General Ledger (GL), Profit & Loss (P&L), and Balance Sheet reporting.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience integrating Alteryx with databases like SQL Server, Oracle, or Snowflake.
• Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau for downstream reporting.
• Knowledge of Python or R for complementary data processing tasks.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

• Manage and optimize Proofpoint and Microsoft Defender for Office 365.

• Investigate phishing emails reported by users, perform header and URL analysis, and take remediation actions.
