ABOUT YOUR ROLE

This position reports to the Plant Manager, Kulim and will be responsible for planning material and production requirements to support the plant's short-, mid-, and long-term needs. This is a strategic position with the expectation that the candidate will eventually take over overall Material Planning and Production Planning. 

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
Material Planning:

• The person will be working very closely with the Demand and Production Planning to ensure direct materials and consumables short, mid and long term demand are properly understood, aligned, planned and purchased.

Position Overview

The Direct Procurement Specialist/Executive supports the daily operational activities required to secure raw materials and components for production. With 1–3 years of experience, this role focuses on executing purchase orders (POs), tracking material delivery timelines, monitoring inventory levels, and conducting initial supplier data analysis. The goal is to ensure 100% supply continuity for the manufacturing line.

Key Responsibilities

• PO Execution & Tracking: Convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders (POs) within the ERP system. Track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.

• Expediting & Supply Continuity: Proactively follow up with suppliers regarding delayed shipments or lead-time bottlenecks; escalate critical shortages to senior management.

• Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate master data in the ERP system, including current pricing, lead times, safety stock levels, and supplier contact details.

• Invoice & Quality Resolution: Coordinate with Accounts Payable to resolve invoice price discrepancies and work with Quality Assurance to handle supplier material returns (RMA process).

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

You will manage the downstream operations, focusing on the interface between Malaysia warehouses (internal and external) and Customer Service to ensure seamless delivery execution.  

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

1. Operational Execution & Dispatch Planning

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

The Production Planner is responsible for ensuring efficient and reliable production scheduling across Avery Dennison’s manufacturing operations. This role focuses on optimizing production plans, minimizing downtime, and aligning manufacturing output with customer demand. The incumbent will manage demand and supply planning, coordinate cross-functional activities, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on work order specifications, production priorities, machine and manpower capacity, and material availability.

- Print out order receive from CSE, check and match order, Fulfill order form, add loss, highlight information.
- Input material checking file, input additional label checking file with Prepress.
- Send OCF to OE for inputting order in system.
- Revise promised date/request date in system in case order changed, order held, update weekly shipment list
- Collect packing list from Trim system and send out to customer as guidelines from CSE.

2. Coordinate with other departments:
- Communicate with internal departments for the arrangement of shipment, esp on Saturday.
- To work as a team with CSE to ensure the order process being handled smoothly.
- Back-up team-members when workload makes this necessary.
- Collaborate within team & another team to clear-off order pending daily.

3. Checking and auditing:
- Cross check order before transferring CS to avoid wrong key-in

ABOUT YOUR ROLE

You will be responsible for overall Environment, Health and Safety(EHS) for the Bangi Plant & Kajang Distribution Center to ensure full compliance with legal requirements, standards and company requirements. You will maintain good practices and continuously find avenues to improve along the way to achieve a high EHS standard in alignment with regional and corporate direction and guidelines. Act as support to the plant for special tasks or projects and provide input and guidance to the team to ensure that all EHS factors relevant to projects are addressed appropriately before and during the project. You will be based in Bangi Malaysia and also support the Kajang Distribution Center.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Responsible for all Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), ensuring the sites comply with local legal regulations, international standards and global safety and environment directives.
• Ensure site SOPs are aligned with ISO14001 & ISO45001 standards as well as Corporate EHS Standards, implemented & updated regularly. 
• Perform & update HIRARC for routine work 
• Develop a gemba program, ensure gemba walks are conducted according to plan & follow through on closure of findings. 
• Review of work instructions periodically and audit sites regularly in-accordance to local regulations and company EHS standards.
• Develop EHS yearly training plan & execute both internal and external training for relevant stakeholders (new employees, engineering, forklift drivers, operators and contractors etc.)

The Payroll Specialist I is a dynamic role responsible for Payroll operations and management of Leave and Time & Attendance related activities and systems. Reporting to the Payroll Manager - ASEAN, the role serves as the primary owner for all Leave and Time & Attendance activities in Vietnam, ensuring on-the-ground execution of timely & accurate leave reporting, attendance reporting, and onboarding and offboarding of employees are handled with precision.
