QS MANAGER

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in QS or Engineering related field
• Min 5 years of working experience in Construction (Structural/Façade) Industry

• Able to speak Chinese as to liaise with Chinese speaking Customers

• Strong knowledge of local building codes, project financing, contract management (e.g., SIA, PSSCOC), and authority requirements.
