Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of aluminium manufacturing projects from initiation to completion
Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, procurement, and quality assurance
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
Manage stakeholder communication, including clients, vendors, and senior management
Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies within project execution
Oversee procurement and vendor management for project-related materials and services
Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project lifecycle
Prepare and present project reports, forecasts, and performance updates
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within aluminium manufacturing or related industrial sectors
Proven experience managing large-scale or multiple concurrent projects
Strong knowledge of aluminium production processes, fabrication, or extrusion is preferred
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in project management tools and software
Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and verify engineering calculations, technical drawings, and project specifications to ensure compliance with design intent, regulatory standards, and project requirements.
Coordinate technical submissions, Requests for Information (RFIs), and drawing approvals with consultants, contractors, and relevant stakeholders.
Develop detailed work programmes, conduct quantity take-offs, and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and construction method statements to support efficient project execution.
Supervise and manage on-site construction activities, including setting out works, verifying levels and dimensions, and ensuring works are executed in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and material testing to ensure compliance with project quality standards and engineering best practices.
Manage and resolve Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and implement corrective actions to maintain project quality and compliance.
Ensure strict adherence to Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) regulations on site.
Manage permit applications, regulatory submissions, and coordination with relevant authorities where required.
Monitor project progress, construction schedules, and cost performance while preparing progress reports, redline drawings, and as-built documentation for project completion.
Collaborate with internal departments, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth coordination and timely delivery of project milestones.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
Strong understanding of construction methods, engineering principles, and local building codes and standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and relevant engineering software is an advantage.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
Willingness to be site-based and actively involved in project execution.
Open to fresh graduates as well as experienced candidates, with responsibilities commensurate with experience.
