Role Overview

We are looking for a versatile Sales & Operations Intern to support our pet shop and dog boarding/daycare facility. This hybrid role requires a 6-day weekly commitment, balancing remote customer management with on-site operations. You will ensure excellent pet care while driving retail and service growth.

Facility Operations

• Coordinate care: Facilitate daily daycare activities (Dayshift / Night Shift) , feeding times, and specialized exercise routines.
• Maintain standards: Ensure retail shelves, pet enclosures, and play areas stay clean and sanitized.
• Track inventory: Monitor stock levels of pet food, supplies, and retail merchandise.
• Update parents: Send daily photo and video updates of dogs to their owners.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Maintaining operational excellence

Sales & Customer Relations

• Sales Consultations: Facilitate sales appointments/ debrief of new pet parents.
• Independent Working: Making sure dogs are fed and store is clean. Opening and closing of store.

Requirements

• Pet lover: Genuine comfort and passion for handling dogs of all sizes and breeds.
• Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills for client management.
• Multi-tasker: Ability to manage physical store tasks alongside digital booking systems.
• Self-starter: Highly organized mindset suitable for a flexible, freelance work structure.
