• Implement corrective actions to resolve unsafe and/or non-compliant conditions and behaviors regarding personal and food safety

People Management

• Conduct induction for new hires to provide them with the necessary skills and information to carry out roles and functions

• Other duties – Any ad-hoc duties as required by the manager such as housekeeping

We seek a motivated staff member to support the development of an automated poling and characterization platform for integrated photonic devices. The successful candidate will contribute to building a robust experimental platform that enables efficient and scalable evaluation of photonic devices.

Requirement:

• Education:  Bachelor or higher in Physics, Electrical engineering

• The candidate should have a background in photonics and electronics, with the ability to interface and integrate multiple laboratory instruments into a coherent automated system.

• Strong programming skills are essential for developing control and data-acquisition software that enables automated poling processes and rapid device characterization.

• Experience with laboratory instrumentation, optical measurements, and automation frameworks is highly desirable.
