Job Summary
Able Best Employment Agency is looking for a proactive and positive Sales Consultant to assist customers in finding suitable domestic helpers while delivering excellent customer service throughout the placement process.
Whether you have previous maid agency experience or come from a customer service or sales background, training and support will be provided to help you succeed.
Responsibilities
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, online platforms, social media and referrals
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable domestic helpers
• Arrange interviews between employers and helpers
• Follow up with customers throughout the selection and placement process
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Work closely with colleagues and support staff to ensure smooth processing and deployment
• Achieve individual sales and service targets
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities
Preferred Competencies and Qualifications
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, insurance, telemarketing or sales experience will be an advantage
• Maid agency experience is a bonus but not required
• CEI certification is preferred but not mandatory
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, responsive and customer-oriented
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
Other Information
Basic Salary: $2,200 – $2,800 (depending on experience)
Attractive tiered commission package per successful placement, potential earnings of $3,000-$6,000 depending on performance
Existing customer enquiries provided
Training and mentorship provided
5.5 day work week with alternate week off-days
