About the Role

This role is responsible for managing the on‑site delivery of an ASRS automated warehouse project, with strong focus on M&E coordination, work sequencing, and specialist system integration. Requirements

• Degree in Civil & Structural, Architectural, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Services / M&E Engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 6–8 years of relevant construction or project management experience.
• Strong experience in site‑based project delivery, preferably for industrial, logistics, or warehouse developments.
• Solid understanding of M&E coordination and construction sequencing, especially involving specialist systems.
• Experience with ASRS, automation, or mechanised systems is a strong advantage.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently while managing multiple stakeholders.

About The Role
