Overview

Job Scope:
·       Conduct feasibility studies for school development, review existing school designs and propose innovative and cost-effective solutions for future educational facilities

·       Evaluate consultants’ design proposals to fulfil client's operational requirements and fulfilment of maintainability needs

·       Collaborate with development project and contracts teams to review project management processes

·       Manage the procurement of construction services and administration of construction of construction contracts

·       Enhance partnerships with schools and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of quality building projects and services

Working Hours: Mondays to Fridays (8.30am to 6pm)

Requirements:
·       Relevant training and background in the areas of architecture, building or engineering with at least 3 years of relevant working experience

·       Good knowledge, understanding and expertise in the building industry and building regulations

·       Strong collaborative, communication, interpersonal and project management skills

· Understand cost estimation, measurement and quantification of construction works, throughoutthe project lifecycle.
