Responsibilities:

• Design, build and validate mobile apps and SDKs; use AI-assisted tooling to accelerate delivery with mandatory human-led security review.

• Implement secure authentication and identity verification flows (protocol-driven); validate designs against platform threat models.

• Own test strategy for SDKs (unit/integration/UI); use AI to expand coverage while rigorously testing security-critical paths.

• Design clean, well-documented SDK APIs with backward compatibility and minimal binary-size impact.

• Improve the SDLC with pragmatic AI adoption (test generation, review support, debugging and release automation).

• Maintain CI/CD (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI) with SAST, dependency scanning and automated security checks; use AI to triage and accelerate remediation.

• Evaluate AI/ML tools and recommend adoption aligned to IAM security and data-handling standards; share best practices.

• Add privacy-conscious telemetry (crash/performance/diagnostics) to support customers without exposing sensitive identity data.

• Contribute to product innovation (prototypes/patents), including AI/ML opportunities that improve security and reduce user friction.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Security, Electronics or related field.

• 5+ years of professional mobile development experience.

• iOS (Swift, SwiftUI/UIKit) expertise, including lifecycle, concurrency and memory management.

• AI-assisted development (e.g., Copilot/Claude/Cursor); able to prompt effectively and critically validate/rewrite output for security-sensitive code.

• Ability to apply AI across the SDLC (tests/docs/debug/review) with strong quality and security judgment.

• Experience building and distributing mobile SDKs (API design, versioning, binary distribution, backward compatibility).

• Familiar with mobile security practices/tools: static analysis, secure storage (Keychain/Keystore), certificate pinning and reverse-engineering countermeasures.

The Role

We are looking for a Manager / Senior Manager, Communications to support communications strategy, stakeholder engagement, and programme development across NUHS@Home initiatives.

The role spans internal and external communications, stakeholder engagement, partnerships, patient-facing communications, digital and social content, campaigns, and initiatives that strengthen awareness and adoption of a home-first model of care. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, community partners, vendors, and leadership teams to strengthen programme visibility, engagement, and collaboration as NUHS@Home continues to scale.

What You’ll Do

Communications & Content

• Develop and execute integrated communications plans and campaigns across internal, external, digital, and social platforms
• Champion consistent application of the NUHS and NUHS@Home brand across communications, engagement activities and partnership touchpoints
• Help shape and advocate a “home-first” mindset across internal and external stakeholders through strategic storytelling, campaigns, and engagement initiatives
• Provide communications counsel and support to programme leads and stakeholders on key initiatives, engagement activities and organisational priorities
• Lead the development of content and communications materials across digital, social, print and stakeholder engagement platforms, including speeches, presentations, newsletters, publicity materials and thought leadership pieces including basic content creation and visual adaptation where required
• Support leadership messaging, media opportunities, speaking engagements, and programme narratives

Who You Are

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, English, or related disciplines
• At least 5–8 years of relevant experience in communications, engagement, branding, partnerships, or related fields

Primary Responsibilities and Duties (80%):

Patient Care

• Performs pre-admission screening for patients and caregivers.
• Works in collaboration with the nurses to manage and provide holistic care to patients in their homes, including monitoring patients’ general condition and progress.
• Identifies and reports any deviations from norm, care gaps or issues to appropriate Team Nurse Lead/Nurses/Clinicians.
• Handles enquiries and provide regular updates on care plans with patients and caregivers.
• Participates in interdisciplinary team meetings and provides input on patient care plans.
• Documents patient care and maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Collaborates with community resources and other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and appropriate referrals for relevant community services.

Telehealth Monitoring

• Monitors patient’s vital signs and escalate red flags to the respective team nurses/physicians.
• Provides basic patient education.
• Adherence to telehealth monitoring using Telehealth system.
• Lifestyle changes/health coaching eg, diet, nutrition, basic exercise.

Secondary Responsibilities and Duties (20%):

• Ensures all necessary equipment and supplies are available for patient care, and coordinates with vendors as needed.

The NUHS@Home nurse provides nursing care to patients who require acute medical treatment but who are able to be cared for in their homes rather than in a hospital. The nurse works in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, monitor patient progress, and educate patients and their families on self-care techniques.

The NUHS@Home nurse is competent in performing care assessment and planning, and in the management of patients with identified care needs. S/He provides clinical supervision, precepts the junior nurses and contributes to NUHS@Home nursing training.

You will also be required to support the Department’s initiatives to generate publicity and leveraging social media platforms.

 Clinical Service Development

• Manage all aspects of clinical service(s):Work closely with other departments to ensure a holistic service delivery that generates positive experience for patients along the continuum of care.Conduct proper planning of new clinical service(s) where assigned, which includes providing projections on workload, identifying resources required and getting the necessary approvals to secure these resources, and manage key project timelines to deliver the project(s) on a timely basis and within budget.Secure budget and monitor utilization as well as manage procurement of equipment and consumables to support the operation of the clinic / ward.

Clinical Initiative Support

• Support any Departmental-wide initiatives that impact clinical areas.
