Key Responsibilities

• Obtain new clients and secure potential commercial and government projects.

• Lead business growth by identifying and cultivating new opportunities to expand the company's portfolio and market presence.

• Manage sales inquiries for commercial and government projects.

About the Role

We are looking for a driven and hands-on Senior Executive, Human Resources to join our team. This role is ideal for an HR professional who is strong in payroll, compliance, and employment legislation, and is keen to contribute to building efficient, compliant, and people-centric HR practices.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth HR operations while partnering with stakeholders to support organisational growth.

Responsibilities:
Payroll & HR Operations

• Manages full-cycle payroll for 100+ employees with accuracy and timeliness
• Handles statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS, claims) and ensure full compliance
• Maintains proper HR records and supports HRIS/payroll systems administration
• Supports salary reviews, benchmarking, and benefits administration

Compliance & HR Governance

• Ensures adherence to Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations
• Reviews and enhances HR policies, processes, and SOPs
• Advises stakeholders on employment matters, including contracts, disciplinary cases, and exits
• Supports HR audits and compliance checks

Business Partnering & Employee Lifecycle

• Supports onboarding, confirmation, and employee lifecycle processes
• Provides practical HR guidance to managers on day-to-day people matters

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with strong hands-on payroll exposure
• Proven experience managing payroll for 100+ employees
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR compliance practices
• Good understanding of HR-finance linkage (payroll, budgeting, cost control)
• Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (e.g. Payboy) is an advantage
• Meticulous, dependable, and able to handle confidential information
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across teams

Job Title: Payroll & Human Resource Executive

Reporting To: Assistant HR Manager

Job Summary

The Payroll & HR Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing and supporting daily HR operations. This role focuses on handling high-volume, bi-weekly payroll for cleaners, ensuring accuracy, compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations, and timely salary disbursement.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Management

• Process bi-weekly payroll: 1st–15th → payout on 22nd &16th–end → payout on 7th
• Compute overtime (OT), rest day, public holiday pay, allowances, and deductions
• Verify timesheets and attendance with Operations team
• Prepare payslips, payroll reports, and bank submission files
• Ensure compliance with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations and company policies

Labour Deployment (LD)

• Prepare and submit daily Labour Deployment (LD) reports
• Track manpower deployment and attendance across job sites
• Liaise with Operations team to ensure accurate manpower records

HR Operations

• Maintain employee records and the HR database
• Handle onboarding and offboarding (contracts, orientation)
• Manage leave, attendance, and medical records
• Support recruitment coordination and interview scheduling
• Ensure employees are assigned to the correct job sites and designations, and maintain accurate updates in the HR system on a monthly basis.

General HR Support

• Serve as the first point of contact for payroll-related queries
• Address staff enquiries on payroll and HR matters
• Maintain proper HR documentation and filing systems
• Perform ad-hoc HR and administrative duties as assigned
• Support any other duties assigned by the superior

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in payroll or HR operations
• Experience in handling high-volume payroll will be an advantage
• Familiarity with Singapore MOM regulations and the Employment Act 
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems
• Experience in Info-Tech HRMS or similar HR/payroll systems will be an advantage
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work within tight timelines
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information

Job Scope

• Able to commit to 5.5 days/week (alternate Saturday).
