Job Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning and execution, ensuring all activities are accurately prepared and carried out to meet project objectives.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, regulatory bodies, and subcontractors, to ensure seamless project progression.
• Develop, review, and submit comprehensive project documentation, including detailed programs, schedules, method statements, technical proposals, and risk assessments.
• Conduct regular safety and progress meetings with internal teams, subcontractors, and on-site personnel to maintain high safety and performance standards.

Job Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or other related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience working in the construction industry, with experience in handling Residential/ HDB/ Hotel projects.
• Must be capable of leading and managing a project team.
• Able to work in a fast paced environment and under tight deadlines.

Prepare and cook food

· Evaluate food products to ensure that quality standards are consistently attained

· Ensure good kitchen hygiene and housekeeping duties

· Maintain regular cleaning for all kitchen areas and equipment

SCOPE

OVERALL OBJECTIVES

The Butler ensures a pleasant and impeccable service experience by personally attending to guests/customers’ needs and requests. The primary responsibilities include coordinating amenity deliveries, replenishment of room amenities, attending to errands assigned by VIP guests/customers, perform Food and Beverage related duties and household management in luxurious suites. He/She should be able to work under stressful situation and tight time constraints with ease.

The Butler should have a fundamental knowledge of formal etiquettes and international protocols for addressing Royals, State of Heads or prominent corporate delegates or VIPs. He/She works with other butlers and departments such as Housekeeping, Food and Beverage and Concierge to meet guests/customers’ requests and handle logistical matters such as in-room dining, laundry, garment pressing and shoe shine services. Due to the high guest interface, the Butler should have excellent communication skills, a good command of English and exceptional listening skills in managing various guests/customers’ requests and queries. • Allocate daily work and any special assignment to the staff.
• Attend daily briefings and take note of VIP arrivals and the special attention items for the guests.
• To conduct briefings with the room attendants and ensure they execute the special requests.
• To check vacant, clean rooms on the report and report any discrepancies both to housekeeping for assignment and to the hotel duty manager for investigation.
• To check regularly the progress of each assignment and to assist when necessary to ensure rooms are ready prior to the arrival of the guest.
• To ensure that own work and the work of the room attendants supervised, are completed at the end of the shift.
