Requirements

The Senior Manager, SSC Service Delivery – PTP is accountable for the end‑to‑end governance, control, and service delivery of Purchase‑to‑Pay including Travel & Expense operations across the Group. The role ensures accurate, timely, and compliant processing of vendor invoices, payments, while driving standardization, control discipline, and continuous improvement across outsourced and in-house PTP teams.

• Invoice Processing

Process and verify invoices accurately and promptly for healthcare-related purchases and services, including medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, equipment, outsourced services, and operational expenses. Match invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and receiving documents while resolving discrepancies with relevant stakeholders.

• Vendor Management

• Payment Processing

• Liaise with other financial institutions and service providers regarding account opening request and other clients’ administrative matters.
• Check daily transaction list to ensure trades are processed correctly
• Prepare and send trade confirmations to clients
• Monitor and arrange for settlement of trades
• Prepare payment orders
• Input orders for securities, forex and money market into system
• Prepare and followup on account opening documentation
• Maintaining and updating of spreadsheets for selected clients
• Print valuation reports and prepare client’s outstanding documents, brochures and investment and research materials for RM’s business trip
• To assist RMs in making sure there are no outstanding items relating to client administration matters

Qualifications

• Min 2 years experience in a Private Banking setup with good understanding of relevant financial products and services in Private Banking
• CACS Paper 1 and 2 is mandatory
• Good language skills i.e. English (verbal and written) according to specific market requirements
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and client interfacing skills
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Proactive and collaborative
• Working knowledge of Avaloq is an advantage
