The Job

Responsibilities:

1. Assist Product Owner to lead the Agile team and deliver the product road map required to support the business growth.
2. Acquire in-depth understanding of business processes to articulate use-cases/user-stories for identified features/capabilities for the platforms
3. Work in agile framework and be accountable for delivery of product build road map by ensuring that platform road maps prioritised against business are published regularly
4. Engage key stakeholders periodically to refine business requirements and work towards maximising the product value based on the feedback
5. Collaborate with squad members to deliver wireframes, user journeys, and product backlog, and other artefacts as needed to support technical design and development
6. Be responsible for modification and enhancements of existing products to address emerging business/market, user or regulatory needs
7. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and system requirements. Translate the requirements into user stories, detailed test plans/cases, ensuring all functionality aligns with business needs and project goals.
8. Perform other project administrative tasks such as handling of presentation decks for senior management, assisting in organising inception workshops, regional stakeholder managements (PSC) etc
9. Coordinate with various key stakeholders to prepare UAT Test cases and review of test results based on targeted deliverables. Liaise with vendors or other departments to ensure testing is complete and results are documented and filed.
10. Develop SIT test scenarios and perform system testing based on test plans.
11. UAT support and coordination: Support user acceptance testing by coordinating with end users, gathering feedback.
12. Process Improvement – Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement. Continuously refine QA processes, incorporating best practices for efficiency and effectiveness.
13. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between product, development, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with the product roadmap.
14. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment, managing tight deadlines and evolving priorities

Key requirements:
1. Candidate should possess at least bachelor’s degree in business management, IT, Science, Mathematics, Engineering or Digital Innovation.
2. At least 2-3 years of experiences, preferably in Banking domain.
3. Resourceful and possess strong analytical skills
4. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
5. Experience in using JIRA and Confluence, SQL. Familiarity with Agile project delivery methodologies will be considered favourably
6. Good attitude, pro-active and independent with a team player mentality
7. Eager to take on challenges, driven and motivated to grow
8. Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills to ensure the product roadmap and features are well presented and buy-in obtained from stakeholders.

Document Management & Administrative Support

·   Filing,scanning, naming and saving day to day hard copy documents into the physical correspondence files/ shared drive folders.

·    Receive, sort, batch and prepare hard copy incoming documents (such as bank statements, bank advice & other trust related mails and documents) for scanning into our digital document management system, ensuring clarity and proper naming conventions.

·    Download, sort and save soft copy documents from online portals into our digital document management system.

·    Performing general office tasks, including photocopying,binding, and arranging couriers

Data &Systems Support

·    Assist in the migration of data within our document management system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Requirements:

·    Minimum of 2+ years of experiencein an administrative, clerical, or document processing role.

·    Experience in a legal, financial,or professional services environment will be added advantage, but notcompulsory.

·    Experience with scanning hardwareand software, and a strong understanding of digital file management.
