PRINCIPALRESPONSIBILITIES: (Include but notlimited to:)

• Support in ensuring timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting
• Assist to support in managing accounting transactions
• Facilitate processing of invoices
• Assist in preparing balance sheets reconciliations
• Assist in financial statements preparations
• Assist in monthly closing of accounts
• Related duties assigned by the management

KEY POSITIONCRITERIA:

• Demonstrate intermediate skills and knowledge of Excel, as well as other Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
• Time management and organisational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively across the organisation
• Ability to work independently

Key Responsibilities

• Learn portfolio construction and asset allocation strategies

• Analyse global financial markets and investment trends

• Assist in designing investment solutions for clients

• Support senior advisers in portfolio reviews and client servicing

• Participate in client meetings and investment discussions

• Build relationships with new clients through networking and referrals

• Develop knowledge across investment funds, equities, fixed income, and structured solutions

• Stay updated on macroeconomic developments and market movements

Training & Development

Trainees will receive structured development including:

• Investment fundamentals and portfolio construction

• Financial market analysis

• Client advisory and relationship management

• Sales and communication skills

• Estate and wealth planning concepts

• Licensing preparation (CMFAS modules)

Responsibilities:

- Compliance Review of Existing / New Products and Services, and outsourcing management.

- Ensure Card Centre Procedure & Policy are timely updated in accordance with Regulatory / HQ requirement.

- Liaise with external, internal and HQ auditors. Monitor progress on audit points raised.

- Involve in Business Continuity Plan, Business Impact Analysis and Document Management etc.

- Review and improve operation risk management of Card Centre.

- Undertake Ad-hoc assignment.
