Job Description:

Strategy & Business Management

• Develop financial strategies and plans aligned with Board directives
• Assess investment opportunities and analyze ROI for new initiatives

Finance & Treasury Management

• Support treasury operations, financial planning, and cash flow management
• Optimize fund utilization and liaise with banks, tax consultants, and legal advisors
• Oversee budgeting, investment appraisal, and capital expenditure reviews
• Ensure tax efficiency and compliance with taxation laws
• Maintain strong liquidity and healthy cash flow

Financial Reporting

• Review financial performance (earnings, profits, cash flow, taxation)
• Consolidate and interpret financial reports for management decision-making

Organizational & Governance Management

• Align processes with business objectives and strengthen internal controls

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, preferably with Post Graduate Degree in Corporate Finance or a Certified Public Account (CPA) with strong accounting and finance background.
• At least fifteen (15) years relevant experience in financial planning in a similar capacity, preferably in similar or related industries.
• Strong financial competence
• Excellent commercial and business experience
