• Check major supplier statements and accrue expenses for goods received without invoice.

• Account coding of invoices for recognition of expenses/assets.

• Comparisons on estimated revenue / charges against actual (Vendors).

• Managing staff leave records and staff expenses claims.

MAINTENANCE OF ACCOUNTING RECORDS:

• Data input / verification.

• Update accounting database (NAV).

• Reconcile database maintained in different modules.

• Maintain fixed assets register.

REPORTING:

• Monthly financial statements.

• Supplementary reports and schedules.

• Reconciliation of creditors’ statement of accounts.

• Dealing with auditors on financial audit and preparation of audited financial statements.

TAX PROCESSES:

• GST preparation and filing.

• Working with tax agent on corporate tax computation and relevant schedules.

• Assist on IRAS tax query if there is any.

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma in Accounting/Finance.

• Possess minimum 3 years’ experience in finance/accounting field.
