What does FA Artist do at WPP Production?

The FA Artist is a guardian of our clients' brands, responsible for the flawless execution and adaptation of creative campaigns. This role exists to ensure that every piece of advertising, from digital banners to print ads, is produced with the highest level of technical precision and brand consistency. You are the craftsperson at the final stage of the production line, delivering pixel-perfect assets and upholding the quality that our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the localization and adaptation of advertising campaigns across print and digital formats, ensuring all work is on-brief, on-brand, and delivered on time.
• Uphold brand integrity by meticulously applying brand guidelines, typography, and colour standards to all final artwork.
• Produce high-quality, technically accurate assets, including static and animated digital banners and basic image retouching, with an exceptional attention to detail.
• Leverage generative AI and automation tools to efficiently create multiple versions and adaptations of assets, enhancing speed and consistency across campaigns.

Summary

We are looking for an experienced Claims Manager to support a claims automation project. You will work closely with Claims, Business Analysts, Data Scientists, and Project teams to ensure the automated claims solution is accurate, reliable, and ready for production. This is a project-based role focused on testing, validation, and process improvement rather than day-to-day claims processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide claims expertise to support the development of AI-driven claims automation.
• Validate claims data, business rules, and automation outputs to ensure accuracy.
• Build and maintain a database of non-payable claim items to improve automated decision-making.
• Compare manual and automated claims outcomes, investigate discrepancies, and recommend improvements.
• Validate Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) outputs and ensure data quality.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree, preferably in Insurance, Financial Services, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of Accident & Health (A&H) claims experience; Life claims experience is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of claims operations and claims adjudication.
• Experience supporting UAT, testing, validation, or process improvement projects is preferred.
• Able to analyse system issues, identify gaps, and work with technical teams to deliver solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working alongside Business Analysts, Data Scientists, and project teams.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus.

Real budgets. Real reach across Singapore and SEA. And a rare chance to contribute the AI design playbook we are building.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Concept and produce hero visuals using Gemini, Firefly, NanoBanana, GPT Image, Seeance, and Flux — pushing past default AI aesthetics into work that feels distinctly Singtel
• Build proprietary prompt libraries, LoRAs, and model recipes that lock our brand aesthetic into reproducible workflows
• Architect end-to-end AI pipelines spanning image, video, motion, and 3D
• Set the visual guardrails and responsible-use standards for AI in Creative Labs
• Mentor designers on prompt craft and the judgment calls that separate great AI work from generic output
• Partner with copywriters, marketers, product, UX, and agency partners to ship integrated campaigns

Ideal Skills and Experience:  

• 2 to 4 years in art direction or visual design (agency + in-house mix preferred)
• A portfolio that shows both strong pre-AI fundamentals AND production-grade AI-led work
• Hands-on fluency Gemini, Firefly, NanoBanana, GPT Image, Seeance, and Flux
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; comfort with Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong typography, layout, colour, and composition — AI doesn't replace these
• A clear point of view on the ethical, responsible use of generative AI in brand work

Bonus points for

• Custom LoRA training or model fine-tuning
• ComfyUI node graphs, ControlNet, IP-Adapter workflows
• 3D, Unreal Engine, TouchDesigner, or Gaussian splatting
