Rancang dan laksanakan strategi pasaran yang berkesan merentasi Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop dan platform lain.
Urus dan optimumkan penyenaraian produk, harga dan aktiviti promosi untuk meningkatkan keterlihatan, penukaran dan jualan.
Menyelaras pengurusan inventori, pemprosesan pesanan dan logistik untuk memastikan operasi yang lancar dan kecekapan kos.
Pantau kesihatan kedai dan selesaikan isu penyenaraian termasuk penggantungan, produk yang disekat dan ralat katalog.
Pemasaran & Automasi Prestasi
Rancang dan laksanakan kempen pemasaran digital dengan tumpuan kepada SEO, SEM dan pengiklanan kata kunci untuk meningkatkan kedudukan dan jualan produk.
Analisis prestasi kempen (ROAS, CTR, CPC) dan perhalusi strategi pemasaran dengan sewajarnya.
Manfaatkan alatan berasaskan AI (contohnya, chatbot, automasi WhatsApp) untuk meningkatkan penglibatan pelanggan dan nilai seumur hidup.

Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Operations
Plan and execute effective marketplace strategies across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other platforms.
Manage and optimize product listings, pricing, and promotional activities to increase visibility, conversions, and sales.
Coordinate inventory management, order processing, and logistics to ensure seamless operations and cost efficiency.
Monitor store health and resolve listing issues including suspensions, blocked products, and catalog errors.
Performance Marketing & Automation
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns with a focus on SEO, SEM, and keyword advertising to boost product ranking and sales.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluates suppliers on price, quality of products and delivery time. To review, verify and check the details of Purchase Order (PO) & Supplier’s Delivery Order (DO)
Maintaining supplier records and purchasing records
Able to handle daily activities such as Purchase Receive and Purchase Order, dealing with Supplier, expedite and update user on supplier committed delivery
Maintenance of stocks coding system
Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
Following closely with supplier for the packing list and handle freight shipment
Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses
Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
Handling claims of defective products whether under warranty or replacement

JR INTERIOR DESIGNER & INTERN Responsibilities :
1. To provide interior design concepts and preparation of 3D and 2D drawings.
2. To prepare sample boards.
3. To prepare and maintain AutoCAD layout plans, furniture detail drawings in AutoCAD and other drawings in the related design software.
4. To liaise and coordinate with contractors and suppliers at various stages of works effectively.
5. To perform administrative duties related to design projects.
6. To perform any adhoc design related matters.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Interior Design or equivalent.
At least 1 (one) year hands-on experience in related field. Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are also encouraged to apply.
Required skill(s) : MS Office, Photoshop & Illustration, AutoCAD, Adobe related software, 3D Studio MAX, ZWCAD.
Able to work under pressure, good team spirit and able to work independently. • Creative, self-motivated and energetic.
Required language(s) : English, Cantonese, Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia.
Full-time/Intern position.
