The Part-Time Client Account Coordinator will work across a diverse range of household names, providing operational support, strategic advice & data analysis. A typical week can include creating and sharing presentations, providing insight through data analysis, engaging with clients & operational processes to support team reporting.
Time Management, attention to detail, and juggling conflicting priorities are essential in this role; if you can work under pressure, you will find this role an interesting and challenging opportunity! Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage program operational processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective field and client timelines
- Manage week to week operational processes to ensure client execution plans are implemented effectively and efficiently to meet field team requirements
- Support the development of the strategic direction of the client's program
- Work closely with the Client Service Manager to develop and present analysis and recommendations on areas of opportunity within the program
- Reporting – weekly, monthly and at other times when required
- Audits/Analysis to develop plans and recommendations to address opportunities to improve KPI’s / results
About You:
- Previous field or retail experience will be highly regarded, particularly within FMCG
- Ability to compile data from various sources and mine data
- Ability to resolve issues, adapt to change and refine processes
- Strong IT skills (MS Office skills especially Excel)
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively
- High level of written and oral communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
