*Penghasilan akaun pengurusan akhir bulan termasuk untung rugi, kunci kira-kira dan ramalan aliran tunai.

*Pengurusan jurnal bulanan akruan, prabayaran, susut nilai dan tunai runcit.

*Penyelarasan kunci kira-kira lejar utama bulanan dan akaun untung rugi.

*Melengkapkan aktiviti pelaporan pengurusan seperti laporan analisis dan penyelarasan.

*Menyelenggara rekod perakaunan dan pangkalan data.

*Rakyat Malaysia berumur di bawah 40 tahun.

*Mempunyai Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Perakaunan atau kelayakan Profesional ACCA (Siswazah atau finalis).

The Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern to be based in Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, who can drive forward our marketing services as a critical part of Intrepid’s overall business. This person will own the relationships with a variety of our leading Brand partners, manage best-in-class digital marketing and execute campaigns that are aligned with our client’s objectives and help them seize the full potential of e-commerce-driven digital
marketing.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up, managing, and optimizing campaigns to drive key KPI metrics across ecommerce marketplaces (Shopee, Tiktokshop, Lazada), SEM (Google Shopping), and social media (Collaborative/CPAS).
• Work closely with client teams to develop marketing plans and KPIs, as well as ongoing reporting
• Manage revenue delivery and budget spending, including daily optimization and providing real-time targeting recommendations

Who do we look for - The Ideal Profile:

• Basic knowledge and hands-on campaign execution experience on ecommerce
• Marketplace Ads (Lazada, Shopee, Tiktokshop) as well as experience in different digital media platforms such as but not limited to Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, Instagram ads, Tik Tok Ads, etc.,

The Digital Marketing Team is the engine behind data-driven growth for our brand partners across Southeast Asia’s eCommerce landscape. Specializing in performance marketing across marketplaces like Shopee, Lazada & TikTok, we focus on the entire 360-degree customer journey and build better digital experiences at each stage of the funnel. The part you will play

Intrepid Asia is seeking a dynamic and strategic Regional Lead, Marketplaces and Ecommerce Excellence to join the regional team. The role will be involved in working with 6 markets across the SEA region.

As a Regional Lead, Marketplaces and Ecommerce Excellence you will take charge of 

• Develop and advise on eCommerce marketing & campaign strategies for key regional accounts across the marketplaces, platforms, and properties, in accordance with their brand goals and current trends.
• Drive platform excellence through data analysis, performance tracking, and implementation of best practices
• Provide end-to-end client servicing, acting as the main point of contact for key regional accounts/
• Work closely with the teams and platform SPOCs to ensure a comprehensive approach
• Drive regionally for our in house retail media ad tech proprietary adoption across markets and brands, conduct audits and advise on strategies.

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

• 8–12 years of experience in eCommerce performance marketing
• Background from an eCommerce enabler, agency commerce team 
• Strong understanding of the SEA eCommerce and marketplace ecosystem
• Hands-on expertise on-site and off-site media, with a strong focus on Shopee and Lazada
• Clear ownership and understanding of commercial targets (GMV, ROI, efficiency, growth)

As a Business Intelligence Associate, you will support the delivery of highquality reporting solutions, ensure accurate and timely data operations, and collaborate across local, regional, and global teams. Your work will directly contribute to enabling datadriven decisions for top global brands. 

Key responsibilities 

• Develop and maintain reporting templates within internal systems based on commercial team requirements. 
• Diagnose and resolve issues across data sources, reporting platforms, and delivery systems. 
• Ensure timely, accurate, and highquality report delivery; monitor generation processes and fix issues proactively. 
• Communicate effectively with local and regional commercial stakeholders on reporting and delivery matters.

Our Homescan Helpdesk Assistant is mainly to support our Singapore Consumer Panel from helpdesk, communication to data quality in the aim of ensuring our Global KPI’s are met and achieving a well-balanced and compliant panel.

• Panel recruitments – Supporting and maintaining both main and panel expansion including online recruitment, referral programme, welcome calls, quality control calls, coaching and education. Also, ensuring sufficient panel members are recruited to meet our sample target.
• Regular Compliance Control Checks – Conducting weekly quality control phone calls to ensure our panel to stay active, compliance and other related tasks.
• Helpdesk – Providing assistance / information for incoming and follow-up helpdesk queries including incoming phone calls, voice mails and emails from panel members, requesting supplies and resolving any technical queries. Helpdesk to log tickets in panel management system and raise tickets for any technical support etc.
• Panel Demographic Updates – Notifying competition winners, yearly members’ profile update, dispatch follow up and any other ad hoc survey calls
• Reporting of Feedback – Able to pick up trends, filter feedback through positive/negative reporting from panel members
