·       Provide training and be responsible in engaging users to the clinical related system for safe, efficient and effective use of the EMR system

·       Provide both on-site and off-site support to end users of the EMR system

·       Provide clinical support and review identified gaps and propose system or workflow improvements to the EMR system

·       Work closely with the end users and IT to learn and understand users’ practices and procedures, and translate and implement them to meet the clinical business requirements into functional flow of EMR system

·       Be part of the on-call team for system application support at scheduled times

·       Troubleshoot and track issues and problems raised by users and work with IT to solve them

·       Assist Change Management Leads to develop and implement change management processes to stakeholders

·       Provide guidance to users across all applications on challenging issues requiring vendor support and resources

·       Perform audit on data entered by end user

·       Generate and perform analysis on clinical data to support quality and patient safety, and present to management

·       Participate in clinical systems testing. Assess and propose training program and materials

·       Configure application and products to meet the hospital’s requirements

·       Organize and/or assist to lead Workgroups, feedback sessions and committee meetings including preparing agenda and minutes of meetings

REQUIREMENTS

·      2years of relevant clinical informatics experience

·      Nursing or Healthcare Informatics Certification

·      Possessed good clinical or healthcare knowledge and good understanding of clinical terminology

·      Keen interest in using technology for the purpose of improving patient care

·      Adequate IT savvy, proficient in using Microsoft office applications such as MS Excel, Power Point, Word and Outlook

·      Experience in information technology in troubleshooting, technology design, programming and Data science

·      Good analytical and communication skills with ability to communicate well with doctors and nurses Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

We are seeking a dedicated and capable Clinic Supervisor to join our GP clinic at Our Bukit Timah Family Clinic, and will oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth, efficient, and patient-focused service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day counter duties to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Supervise clinic staff, provide guidance, mentorship, training, and conduct performance evaluations
• Monitor and optimize patient flow to maintain efficient service delivery and uphold high standards of care
• Handle appointment bookings and inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Maintain accurate and updated patient records using clinic management software
• Address patient concerns and provide timely, empathetic, and effective resolutions
• Conduct regular inventory checks, manage stock levels, and place orders as needed
• Manage staff and doctor rosters, including sourcing and scheduling of locum doctors
• Submit government and insurance claims (e.g., Medisave, CHAS, MBS, Managed Care) accurately and in a timely manner
• Support the clinic team by covering clinic assistant duties when required
• Undertake other administrative or operational tasks as assigned by the management

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a managerial role in a healthcare or clinic setting preferred
• Strong familiarity with clinic operations and healthcare administrative procedures, including tallying of governance and insurance claims and following up promptly on accounts receivables
• Proficient in the use of clinic management software and MS Office applications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to speak Mandarin and/or Malay is an advantage, to communicate effectively with patients who are not proficient in English during medications dispensing
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and leadership
• Able to commit to 3 weekday evening shifts and 1 weekend shift.
