• Prepare technical reports, calculations, and design documentation for stakeholder review and regulatory approval
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving standards in data center infrastructure design

• Team Oversight & Development 
• Supervise and coach team members in the designated functions. 
• Support onboarding, training, and continuous development of team capabilities. 
• Compliance & Process Governance 
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and compliance metrics for CSV databases. 
• Monitor database health and assist in initiatives
• Operational Excellence 
• Identify inefficiencies and contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives. 
• Maintain high standards of data quality and minimize manual errors. 
• Stakeholder Engagement 
• Escalate critical issues to the Operations Manager and support resolution efforts.
