3. Create a High-Velocity Funnel

Own the SME lifecycle from lead to expansion with focus on conversion science, productivity and sales velocity.

4. Shape Market Offerings

Work with Product and Curriculum leadership to build SME workforce transformation bundles.

5. Build SME Ecosystem Advantage

Develop acquisition channels through associations, ecosystems, and partnerships.

6. Operate Like a Business Owner

Own forecasting, unit economics, CAC efficiency, and scalability.

Role

The Account Director is a senior role running the origination workstream of the Apple business across Southeast Asia.

Account Directors at MAL must be natural leaders and communicators, able to juggle multiple responsibilities. Influence at MAL only works when people are hands on with the business vs. solely having leadership roles. It allows for greater understanding of the ins and outs of the business and how the client and the agency works organizationally. Someone who can learn the Apple and MAL way but is also experienced, strong-minded and mature enough to be able to challenge how things are done, both internally as well as with the client. Director

Responsibilities:

• Manage overall client relationship providing strategic input while guiding internal teams towards the achievement of client objectives, making sure day-to-day projects are delivered on time, budget, and quality.
• Create effective digital strategies and work collaboratively with the planning and creative teams to develop and execute digital strategies and to facilitate the development of project briefs.
• Ability to create project or operation process framework with understanding business governance
• Ability to understand, conceptualize and manage a complex, multi-channel campaign across the various phases of the funnel / customer journey.
• Drive the direction and delivery of global/regional work in local markets: overseeing strategic, cultural, creative fit for the local/regional adaptation of the work.
