• Partner with business team and new customers and manage the end-to-end contracting process for infrastructure business.
• Act as an internal customer advocate by tracking related infrastructure builds to identify key areas of opportunity and potential risks to customer delivery.
• Ensure that customers receive the specific technical solutions they purchased and that these solutions are operationally supportable by working with Network Delivery and Service Management teams.
• Manage the technical handoff and documentation process for customer deliveries, including detailed engineering specifications.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management.
• 5 years of experience in submarine cable systems or the telecommunications industry.
• Experience in Salesforce for agreement management and other project tracking tools.

Preferred qualifications

• 5 years of experience in managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
• Knowledge of subsea networking tests, including landing station configurations, beach manholes, and fronthaul infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to construct, articulate, and defend messages or insights from analysis.

The YouTube Business Central Strategy and Operations Team is responsible for leading global, cross-functional, strategic initiatives to drive the unprecedented growth and health of the YouTube creator and partner ecosystem. The core capabilities of the team include strategic planning and business operations, incentives design and operations, and business strategy and operations for the three regions: Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

In this role, you will be a key partner to YouTube APAC Partnerships teams and leadership, helping them to bring our Creator, Emerging Experiences and Community (EMCO), and Shopping products to market, and a leader for creators, creator third-party providers and merchants helping to bring their feedback to product teams to ensure it meets the needs of all of our creators and partners. 

Product and Business Strategy Leaders bring together teams across Google’s functions to help products execute optimally. Our team pushes Google to scale at key points that refine our products and infrastructure by executing efficiently, bringing solid business sense and sound judgment, and working effectively across organizational lines.

Job responsibilities

• Own the product go-to-market (GTM) strategy in APAC for key verticals/products. Execute communication documents, lead experiments/trusted tester programs, and quarterly forecasting.
• Work seamlessly with Global Product Activation team and the APAC YouTube Partnerships team to drive business outcomes and product adoption goals, while also leading cross­-functional projects working with broad stakeholder set.
• Lead the launch of Creator, Emerging Experiences, Community and Shopping products in APAC markets. Drive operational excellence, including setting and tracking OKRs and driving annual business planning. 
• Gather market intelligence to develop data-led insights to inform business and product strategy and advocate for the region.
• Collaborate with global product, regional and country teams on pilots, program assessments, and cross-functional engagements to drive market growth and support business plan.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  
• 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory.
• Experience working with executive management and managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate in English and Hindi fluently in order to communicate in this partner-facing role.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience using SQL or data analytics tools to deliver insights and recommendations.
• Knowledge of the creator ecosystem or e-commerce operations, and the customer and engaging contexts in which they operate.
• Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, high energy, constantly evolving team environment, and be a self-initiator.
• Excellent business acumen with problem-solving and data-analysis skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional ability to structure a compelling storyline and build presentation decks/documents to support their position and influence executives.
