Purpose of Role:

As the Team Lead for Support functions to Ship Repairs projects, this person is responsible for planning, managing and deployment of manpower and relevant resources to provide support for the following functions: Painting, Cleaning, Scaffolding, Security Escort of contractors.

Responsibilities:

Scaffolding Provision

• Ensure scaffolding structures meet safety standards and are built to accommodate operational needs.
• Coordinate with other departments on timely erection and dismantling of scaffolding.

Cleaning/Painting Provision

• Set performance targets, conduct performance reviews, and provide professional development opportunities for team members.
• Manage departmental schedules, ensuring optimal staffing and resource allocation.

Resource Management

• Oversee the allocation of resources (personnel, equipment, materials) for all production tasks.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure the timely procurement of materials required for ongoing operations.
• Control department budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations without compromising quality or safety

Collaboration & Reporting

• Work closely with other department heads, Ship repair managers, and customers to ensure smooth operations and project coordination.
• Provide regular progress reports, identifying challenges and proposing solutions to senior management

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Mechanical or Marine Engineering (Dip holders with 5 years relevant working experience)
• Knowledge of painting, staging operation and able to interpret technical drawings and paint specification will be advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to lead engineering projects and manage complex technical issues
• Able to deal with and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders effectively at all levels.
• Possess man-management experience to supervise and deploy workers.
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Able to commit to overtime when required
• Able to follow and implement security, safety and shipyard disciplinary protocols and guidelines

MAIN PURPOSE

The Regional Digital Marketing Executive will work closely with the Regional Digital Marketing Director to support the growth of Shiseido APAC’s key categories driving regional performance marketing excellence, media governance, and cross‑market digital capability building.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Performance Marketing

• Plan, execute, optimise & evaluate marketing activities for regional e-commerce campaigns on pureplayer platforms (i.e. Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop) across APAC markets within a matrix organisation and external agency partners.
• Lead holistic search (SEO, GEO, SEM) to drive positive momentum on brand.com ecosystems

Media Governance & Stewardship

• Assist on creation of regional best practices, playbooks, frameworks, benchmarking strategies on digital marketing and media.
• Ensure local markets adopt the global / regional standards.
• Prepare regional reports from multiple data sources & departments for stakeholder management purposes across different owned platforms, including brand.com & pureplayer channels.
• Media channels include social, video, search, display etc.Manage, maintain & cascade regional marketing tools, including social media governance, website analytics, influencer marketing (i.e. Wearisma), content publishing tools, consumer insights (i.e. MarketScope) etc.

Stakeholder & Partnership Management

• Support in agency management, including productivity & agency service scorecards
• Key Strategic PIC with key media publishers i.e. Meta, Google, TikTok, Lazada MS, Shopee MS
• Provide training, consultations & facilitate best practice sharing with local markets
• Drive media pilots and test & learn

REQUIREMENTS

What You Will Be Doing

Operational Management
