The Mission
As part of our sales squad, you will:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for ERP and Cloud solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients
- Understand client business needs and propose suitable Yonyou products
- Collaborate closely with pre-sales and technical teams to prepare and deliver product demonstrations
- Lead solution presentations alongside technical experts to showcase value to clients
- Ensure seamless coordination between sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams during handover
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
What You Bring to the Table (The Toolkit)
- Experience: 2–3 years of sales experience
- ERP Experience: Minimum 1 year of ERP or software solution sales experience is required
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
- Sales Skills:
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
- Experience working with pre-sales and technical teams on demos
- Domain Knowledge: Experience selling ERP, Cloud, or enterprise software solutions is highly preferred
- Soft Skills: Team player, fast learner, thrives under pressure, and excels in a fast-paced environment
